My complaint about OVME is how aggressive most of the people who work here try to sell you things. It became uncomfortable constantly saying "i'll think about it" to $200+ moisturizers and hydrafacials when I came in for a specific purpose. The other thing that I didn't love that is unique to OVME: they take your pictures, put it through a database, and then tell you how your face compares to others in terms of wrinkles, sun damage, etc. during the initial consultation. Reflecting on that experience, I would have preferred to skip the comparison to others and just focus on what I want to improve for myself.
