Exiting the 75% of chronically dehydrated humans today! These recliner chairs are clutch, the lounge is cozy. I appreciate the COVID precautions - temperatures & hand washing upon entry. I'd give a 5 star but my arm wasn't in the most comfortable position throughout the session. I'd recommend this bar and come here again!

It's no fun being sick. It's even less fun staying sick longer than you need to be because you're severely dehydrated. This has now happened to me a whopping 3 times in less than 6 months. Twice I ended up at the ER for simple fluids via IV for a lovely $1200 bill and the horrid activity of, ya know, going to the ER in the first place. One time, I was lucky enough to get the IV at my doctor's office which was still not overly pleasant nor cheap. So, after a week long bought with a cold/ sinus infection that had my doctor once again suggesting an IV, I decided I needed a better plan. And YES THIS IS THE WAY TO CURE DEHYDRATION! First things first: Needles: So, I'm not a needle fan and also I have really hard to find veins, particularly when I'm dehydrated. I've literally had to have like 3-4 nurses come in and try before at the ER. Hydrate uses teeny tiny pediatric needles and has a pediatric nurse on staff. She got my vein right away. Second: You get to be at a spa while you're doing this all. You sit in a comfy leather recliner with a cozy warm blanket (not an itchy hospital one). They play nice soothing music under low, non fluorescence lighting. There's a TV if that's your jam. There's tea, coffee, water, candy, snacks, etc. You get to relax! Third: It's sterile and clean. They use gloves, and all equipment is very clinical in that sense. So don't worry about that part of the equation. And some more: You can add vitamins and some meds like anti-inflammatory (I had a crazy headache) or nausea stuff to your bag too. You can get 2 liters (I needed 2). And, your bill will be far far less than your ER visit or doctor one (mine was $159... like a fraction). So yeah, I'd say Hydrate is my new favorite place in Denver!

I love this place. Always accommodating, kind and professional. The nurses are so good you never even feel the IV. It is clean and comfortable and they are often having great specials and discounts for regulars. This place is amazing! This was my first time trying a IV health drip and will definitely not be the last. From the beginning, Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and informative when asking about the process and drips. Once I established which drip I wanted to use, I was led to the back into a very cozy and comfortable space. I was situated in a chair which then followed with another staff member taking my blood pressure, who then shortly administered my drip. The process in and out took about 45 minutes! Y'ALL. This place is absolutely fantastic. First, the space itself is so inviting and has an air of ease to it. No stone was left unturned when it came to making this space a comfortable, calming, and cozy one. The best part about it was being able to customize an IV for what my body needed most. Katie was so helpful in determining my personal elixir, and boy did that elixir deliver. After I finished my IV, I didn't feel much of a difference. In fact, it took me about 10 mins to feel anything. It's now been an hour since my treatment, and I feel AMAZING. Energy is up, cramps are gone, head feels clearer. This stuff is magic and Katie is a wizard. I will definitely be a regular at Hydrate because in my opinion, feeling this good, is worth every penny paid. read more

Hydrate IV bar in Bonnie Brae was such a great experience and I will definitely be back. The location and the nurses Andrea and lula were awesome. I walked out feeling 10x better than when I walked in and Jeremy at the front was so friendly and informative about the services. They provided me with water and coffee when I walked in and made sure I was very comfortable. I'm not a fan of needles and my veins are always so small and hard to find but they did a great job taking care of me. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be healthier! read more

Just went in for my first IV experience today! The staff/ nurse were both really friendly and helped me customize the right drip for me. I was definitely a little nervous about the whole thing going into it, but the nurse was super gentle. Shane (I think that's his name), the other fellow who was working, reminded me that I didn't have to nervously freeze in one position and could move my arm if I wanted to. The needle isn't in you for the duration of the drip. I will definitely be back for another drip when I'm back in Denver! read more

I've been coming here since I moved to Colorado and struggled with the altitude . I was really nervous the first time I arrived , however everyone was really friendly and reassuring . I was upfront and told them Im notoriously difficult for finding veins but not this time apparently , she found it first time . So for the next half hour I just chilled out and enjoyed some downtime . The location itself is clean inside and the hygiene of the nurses was the same as I have had in a doctors surgery so I always feel confident . To begin this review, I want to state that I hesitated going to this location multiple times due to…read moreits price. However, this morning, I woke up extremely dehydrated, and I immediately recognized that it was due to a series of long distance runs and exercises I did yesterday. I finally caved and scheduled an appointment for 1PM, not really knowing what I was getting myself into. I arrived at the location after filling out some simple paperwork on their website 15 minutes prior, which, by the way, was super simple. I was greeted by the front desk who ensured that the proper COVID precautions were taken and I was shown to where I could sit. Once I got to my comfy seat, I was greeted by a very talented nurse, Mo (Hopefully I didn't spell her name incorrectly). She helped me choose the right cocktail for me, which was the Katie and a Vitamin D injection due to my deficiency. She quickly got my IV drip started with a quick poke, which was almost painless. Based on my frequent visits to the ER for anaphylaxis and my experience as a healthcare worker, I have to say that she is extremely talented. She was able to quickly find the vein and get the IV started without problem or hesitation. It was almost like a regular flu shot in terms of pain level! Incredible! Within an hour, I had finished 2 L of fluids. 1 L from the Katie, and another 1 L of just plain fluids for hydration. I had my IV removed painlessly, and checked out at the front door. By the time I hopped into my car, I could already tell that I felt significantly better. I went from 10% energy to 80% already, and, now, exactly 3 hours later, I feel like I have more energy to be productive then I ever have had during this pandemic. I have gone from a non-believer to a believer just in one trip. It is definitely worth the cost and the prick if you have the time and money. The only negative part of their brand is that they don't offer home visits, which I think could bring them a significant amount of money and a larger customer base. However, I understand that they may not prefer this route due to safety reasons. The nurse explained to me that they are prepared with a significant amount of medicine at their physical locations in case you run into an emergency like having a severe allergic reaction to the drips, which really kept me comforted due to my history of allergic reactions to foods. Thankfully, I didn't have any reactions and am smiling as I write this review. See you guys in 2 weeks!

My fiance and I decided to try Hydrate IV Bar after landing in Denver from Chicago. We are so glad we did! This trip was my first time in Colorado, I noticed I was feeling more tired than usual and headachy, considering I am accustomed to a lower altitude. I was certainly in need of some relaxation and hydration. We decided on the Jet Lag/Fatigue IV Therapy which included B Complex Vitamins and Vitamin C. My first impression of Hydrate IV Bar was that it portrayed a very warm and home style environment. The clinic was incredibly clean and inviting. There was an assortment of treats (mints, caramels, healthy granola bars, coffee, water, etc.) all of which made me feel welcomed. The layout of the establishment had a separate area for both checking in (lobby) and the actual clinical area (relaxing chairs for IV infusion). This separation ensured a comfortable environment. I have always been uneasy of needles but after talking with the owner and the nurse, who eventually put the IV in place, I felt completely at ease. It didn't hurt at all! So if anyone is hesitant to try this because of a fear of needles, I promise (from a "needlephobic" herself) that it was the most painless needle ever! Especially because of the calming atmosphere and the nurses expertise. Once the IV was set up, I was able to get cozy with a fuzzy blanket in a comfy reclining chair. During the IV, I could truly feel myself getting more energy. I noticed I was feeling more balanced and alert. Overall, my fiance and I LOVED everything about our experience at Hydrate IV Bar, we would recommend it to anyone! read more

This was my first time ever going to an IV bar, and I can honestly say I probably picked the best one out of them all. As soon as you walk in the door they make you feel like regular, the decor and comfortable leather chairs are amazing and was offered water, which to me is superior customer service. I received the Myers Cocktail and received the MIC injection. The rest of the day I felt a little tired and drain, but that is expected when you body is overwhelmed with all the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals. The next day was when I truly felt the difference, I woke up more energized and focused. I truly wish these were in NY cause I would go at least once a week to feel this great all the time. My boyfriend wanted to "check it out" I was skeptical at first and once we decided to actually get a treatment I got a little nervous but... Katie was great talking is through the options and easing my nerves. The place is really cute, well decorated, art on the wall for sale so I eased into my comfy lounge chair and they hooked me up. Really was just a relaxing experience and I wasn't feeling great when I walked in and left feeling pretty great. Added the B-12 shot too. Sounds like some of the Broncos and Rapids players have found their way to Hydrate, as well as some other serious athletes in other sports, and are coming back as repeat customers. Certainly was a fun experience even if just for the novelty. I think it would be a fun things to do next time for girls night out- I mean who can say they just had an IV treatment!?! read more

Several of my girlfriends and I travelled to Denver for Bachelorette party and thought this would be a great idea for one of the mornings. We were somewhat high maintenance with first scheduling to have hydrate IV come to our house. We later changed our plans to not only come into the bar but to also switch our day, last minute. Katie Wafer, Blake and the entire staff were nothing short of accommodating and took care of us. We completely changed the plan on them(short notice) and they didn't even bat an eye. Not only did the IVs cure our hangovers but it also helped with the cold I was beginning to develop. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I was traveling across the Midwest to visit my family in Denver. After a long week of work and long travels I knew I needed a boost of energy if I was going to enjoy my time in the Mile High. So when I discovered Hydrate IV Bar, I knew this was the answer!! It was a friendly environment from the moment I walked in the door. The walls were covered with beautiful artwork, the chairs were comfortable, and above all else Katie and her staff were welcoming and accommodating to my needs. After being hooked up to the IV, I had never felt more alive and energized during a day in a long time. It didn't just last a day though, because I felt energized the whole week even thought I had to acclimate to the altitude coming from the Midwest. These guys are awesome! My first time ever getting an IV. Not really having a fear of needles, I will admit, I was still a little nervous. I expected it to be more like a clinic, but when I went in, there were couches, a tv and they made me coffee. It was great! The entire staff was super friendly. Andrew was the one that gave me the IV and he made it look easy. I got the flu bag because I wasnt feeling well. And it helped almost immediately. I am now a believer! So if you are starting to feel a cold coming on or just not feeling well because you spent the night before drinking, I would highly recommend going to see these guys. To say they saved my life is a bit of an overstatement . . . but they saved my life! read more

Hydrate is extremely clean, but still very comfortable. It doesn't feel like going to a doctors office where everything is too white. They have some really comfortable chairs and even have blankets if you get chilly. I was feeling pretty miserable due to a little over indulgence. I could barely drive because my headache and nausea were so bad. The girls were so kind and understanding. It was easy to fill out the paperwork and get started almost immediately. I had their hang over IV with some added magnesium. It really worked wonders. By the time I left, I was actually feeling hungry and my headache was completely gone. Hydrate is so innovative and a great addition to Denver. As soon as you step inside, the atmosphere is so inviting and so relaxing it's a perfect place to go sit and feel better. The nurse was incredible kind, exceptionally gentle and calmed my jittery nerves instantly! I would recommend Hydrate if you have a hangover and need to bounce back, if you're preparing for a marathon or bike race to get your body ready for optimal performance, or if you're recovering from the flu and just need nutrients back in your system. I have been here a few different times for a few different reasons, and each time it has been a total knock out experience. The front desk person (whose name I am embarrassed I don't know at this point) has been a total rock-star each time--helpful, friendly and courteous. The same goes for the clinical staff. The facility itself is very cozy, and exceptionally tidy and clean without feeling like a yuck-o fluorescent-lit medical facility. What an awesome experience! It was my first time getting an IV and this place totally made me a believer. After traveling I had some fatigue and needed a boost to carry me through a jam packed weekend ahead. Hydrate was just the answer- So much energy and felt great afterward! This is my second time at Hydrate and I LOVE it. Easy online scheduling and very quick service. The nurses that administer the IV's are so helpful and kind. Everyone who works here works very hard to cater your IV bag to your body's needs and recommend the best options. Always a pleasure to come in! Honestly can't believe how well IV Therapy worked...I've always been skeptical and hate needles, but felt 1000% better post iv therapy. Can't thank the staff enough. I was SO comfortable there that I almost fell asleep, and even got some work done on my computer! I also got a immunity boost that I heard people across the wall barrier were getting. After spending 2 weeks away (9 hour time zone difference), I visited Hydrate for the jet lag iv therapy treatment. I wasn't expecting immediate miracles just needed to feel better. I truly slept 8 hours that night and woke up the next day completely refreshed. This treatment was exactly what I needed to get back on track and feeling great! I spent 4 years playing football at CU Boulder and always struggled with hydration. Back in Denver from a 3 month internship on the East Coast & can't wait to keep coming back to hydrate! The IV concoctions available are plentiful and cover a variety of conditions. This time I got athletic performance but have gotten the Myers cocktail, health and wellness, and hangover/altitude sickness as well.
