I wish I could give Restore Cherry Creek more than 5 stars! If you're considering a membership I highly recommend trying it out for a month and you'll be hooked! My favorite health services are the red light therapy and IV drip. I also get monthly Premium Hydra-facials - which has transformed my skin after having bad adult cystic acne that I could not get rid of for years. I have transitioned my entire skincare routine to the line sold here and with the combination of facials and these products my skin has never been better. The staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant manager, Victoria, and nurses Scarlet and Nicole have always made our experiences here so pleasant and relaxing. I joined as a charter member to try out this new business. After the first month, I just didn't feel I got any benefits from their services so I talked to the general manager to cancel my membership. You have to keep at least a 3 month membership when you join and that was okay with me. My last payment should have been September but I was also charged in October. I've left messages at the store and also on the general manager, Isaac Stroopes, voicemail for over a week now and can't get a call back. I've had the same problem when I had tried to book appointments. Call the store, get a text message response that they will get back to me, no response. I finally just end up physically going to the store to book. Be very careful joining this business. As of now, I can't seem to get out of payments. Next step will be freezing payments through my credit card. Very shady management. read more

For quite some time now, I've needed to find a reliable and knowledgeable stretch therapist in the Denver area. I finally came across this brand new place while in Cherry Creek called Restore Hyper Wellness. Then I find out they have an actual stretch therapist... okay, interest piqued at this point. Then I schedule an appointment with the stretch therapist, Trey, who I cannot say enough good things about. I could ramble for days on both the professionalism of Restore Hyper Wellness and the sensational services provided by Trey! I never could have in my wildest dreams thought I'd come across a brand new place that just opened up and to top it off, I finally found my stretch therapist. Trey is as dedicated as they come, as he was able to stretch all my tightness out of my hips, lats, neck and shoulders, pec major and minor, and a really cool stretch I had never seen before he did with my shins. Do yourself a favor... whether it's stretch therapy or any type of therapy you'd need to upkeep your wellness, visit Restore! I used to really enjoy going to this place I even wrote a awesome 5 star review back then because how cool this place used to be but ever Since they changed their policies and procedures It's been nothing but trying to squeeze every penny out of there Customers. employees are really cool and awesome to be there but there services don't make sense to the people spending the most definitely do not do the CORE PLUS service biggest rip off. I really wish I didn't leave but when family emergencies or things happened they would still charge me full price with none of my services rolling over or some type of solution to get the services for the money I spent I just had to eat those months costs. Really sad how this business went the direction it did. It's no wonder they have other locations shutting down. I hate to leave bad reviews but sometimes I think it's necessary to warn potential clients about unprofessional business so that they can avoid having similar experiences. We booked 2 hydra facials and were really looking forward to the experience. I called the in the morning hours before our scheduled appointments. To begin with I was forwarded to a texting service. they informed me that they never put us on the schedule. After texting back and forth, they said that they would forward my messages to their front desk and that they would call me asap but I never heard from them. We were seriously wanting to become members for the discounts that they offer but we wanted to try them out first. After our non-experience, their lack of professionalism and after reading reviews from other costumers who were unsatisfied, we will not even consider booking with them in the future. I guess we should be thankful that we found out before we spent money with them what kind of business they run. So sad! read more

This place is a scam. My partner and I signed up, with no mention of agreeing to stay signed up for three months. I tried to cancel before the third charge, but no one returned my call for over a week. I texted, I called repeatedly, nothing. I finally got an employee on the phone who cared enough to transfer me to a manager. By this time, they had charged me again. She refused to give me my money back, even though we had been there once in three months (covid problems). After getting into it with her when she told me she wouldn't refund it because we agreed to pay for three months, guess what happened! It's a month later and I got charged AGAIN. So now they've taken $410 of my money. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T LET THEM CONVINCE YOU THIS IS A GOOD IDEA. It is a scam to make lots of money by making unauthorized charges on customer's accounts. As you can see in the pic, I've been charged for four months now, when they insisted there was a three month commitment. I can't recommend NOT coming here enough. I paid for a package of IM shots at the Tennyson location which closed four months later. I showed up to the Cherry Creek location to receive one of my IM shots and was told that the injections had expired. I was never told that these services would expire, and in fact, the lady at Cherry Creek told me that this was a problem at the Tennyson location, and apologized, but was unwilling to honor that IM shots I paid for. I'm also failing to see anywhere on their website that their services expired even under their policies. I would have been nice to be explicitly told that I had 4 months to use the injections, because I absolutely would have done that. The whole thing is just SHADY. I'm questioning if this even is a real policy since I can't find it any evidence of anywhere. So BEWARE "ALL" their services expire. The customer service and the way this was handled was terrible. The managers at the front had an attitude of holier than thou. I will never recommend this place and I will never be back. read more
