After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located.
