I was referred to Marcos by my uncle who has been coming for years whenever he needed tint done, whether it be on a new car or just the top strip of the windshield, the price has always been reasonable especially for the quality of work done. I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.

I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. As a business owner, instead of threatening litigation and personally attacking your clients, I think a better response would be to take some accountability and to do what you can to remedy the situation. That way you can win new business and that frustrated person might eventually become a repeat customer and refer you to others. Something like "I apologize for any miscommunication but I am committed to a high standard of service and want to make this right." I think you will find that approach and removing your ego works out better for your business. But if you would rather sue me for my honest review then go ahead.
