Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. As a business owner, instead of threatening litigation and personally attacking your clients, I think a better response would be to take some accountability and to do what you can to remedy the situation. That way you can win new business and that frustrated person might eventually become a repeat customer and refer you to others. Something like "I apologize for any miscommunication but I am committed to a high standard of service and want to make this right." I think you will find that approach and removing your ego works out better for your business. But if you would rather sue me for my honest review then go ahead.
