I also recently took my 2016 Veloster for the $99 detail job. The car had road tar on several fender wells and running board areas. The detail job came out great however several areas, where they used hard chemicals, took the paint off along the drivers side running board. Right from the start Vern said he would take care of the entire drivers side and have it painted and HE would cover the cost. I was thoroughly impressed and honestly expected this to be Vern's answer due to my prior experience with him and his crew. I highly recommend Airpark Auto Detailing and the various auto service they provide.

He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept...

They got me scheduled quickly, were completely transparent about their pricing, and made the entire process easy. Used Glass.com to submit a bid request and out of the ten that showed up, Avondale Auto Glass was the lowest. They came out, replaced the windshield and did a good, thorough job at almost half the cost of Safelite. No complaints and I would easily use them again.

Well, someone screwed the pooch today…read more When I was here last week, they scheduled me for today at 11:00 for clear-tinting of my Windshield. Well, I get here at 10:50, and I was greeted with some surprise. And, I was told that the tech had gone to lunch. :-( Luckily, they go get something, and come back. So, maybe a 30 minute delay. So, either the guy who scheduled my appointment failed to let the tech know. Or, no one bothered to look at the Appointment Book (I saw the guy write it in; and the guy today did see it. But, with no one to do the work, doesn't do much good). Still, they do great work, and deserve 5 Stars for it. But, this isn't the first scheduling issue that I have had with them. And, I will continue to use them in the future.
