When I explained I was there for a consultation for facial balancing, I was repeatedly asked if I was going to get the procedure done that same day. I clarified that I was only there for a consultation, as discussed when booking. Then I was told the consultation would actually cost $50, which was never clearly explained beforehand (I was only told about a $25paperwork fee). The lack of transparency, constant pressure, and unprofessional behavior made me feel very uncomfortable.
