I am so grateful to Nicole for fixing my face! After an awful experience with Bell's Palsy in May, I was suffering deeply from lingering migraines and clenched jaw/ facial discomfort as part of my face was severely overcompensating for the opposite side that was still drooping. Walking into the appointment, I knew it likely wasn't going to be an immediate fix and I was SHOCKED at the progress after one visit. I did Daxxi for the first time (previously a Botox/Xeomin user) and I LOVED it! It doesn't feel as heavy and she perfectly smoothed my forehead and around the eyes while keeping movement in my eyebrows. Now, onto my lower face. The left side of my mouth was pulling down from the Bell's Palsy (3.5 months prior) causing jowls and a rounded jawline. It oddly was also pulling my nostril down to give the appearance that it was flattened compared to my right side. She released the muscles and within 2 weeks my nostrils were even again and the jowl was tight with the smile turning upwards. I asked for a lip flip but she steered me towards a more thoughtful approach to managing my gummy smile that I love so much more and really eased my self-consciousness. I did one follow-up appointment with her a few weeks after the initial to do some very minor touch-ups on the lower right-hand side of my jawline but I am so pleased. Even though it's fresh and takes about 2 weeks to settle, each day looks better and better. I'm grateful Nicole was recommended to me and I love supporting a female/family-owned business. She gave me her cell phone number, got me set up with a vitamin routine, and overall made me feel safe and supported through this treatment. The Bell's Palsy was one of the scariest things to happen to me and I was so worried my face would never return to normal. I've pre-booked my next appointment and I'm thrilled to have a new Botox provider in the IE and not have to drive all the way into OC or Beverly Hills/Hollywood. read more

This is my 3rd time getting lip injections. But this is my first time at Bloom. My nurse was Nicole. I was very happy with her service, she was informative, she listened. I informed her I was comfortable with Juvederm and she immediately made the switch with out trying to convince me otherwise. She was very gentle, I did not bruise. She reassured me that anything I did not like, she could touch up and fix right there, she wanted me to leave happy with my procedure. Unlike other injectors, she told me after they're healed if i notice any bumps or anything I don't like, touchups are included and I can come back.
