I was a single girl that needed reliable transportation. I could always count on them. we got new tires from them not that long ago & somehow got a hole in one (thank you construction). they not only didn't charge for the services of trying to get a stubborn lug nut out that I ended up having another shop have to do. but they cut us a great deal on a new tire. I can't say enough good things about them. maybe if they get too busy they'll just create more employment for handy people needing work. i never have to worry knowing these guys are around!

We went and picked it up, did not have them do the work. I looked up the parts, real Ford parts, they were charging 240 percent above what Ford charges. We then took it to the Ford dealership. The screen was just clogged, they cleaned it and we were good to go. Ford charged 187 to do the diagnostic, and about 50 bucks to fix it.

Didn't bother to mention it when I confirmed with them, but they said they could get another. While they were looking I walked around the lot, truck was still there without a Sold sticker on it, which legally has to be on it if it's sold, and checked online and the same truck was still listed but for $11,000 more than it was yesterday. I get that sometimes errors happen on online pricing but rather than just be honest about it they wasted 3 hours of my work day. They then tell me that my truck they would typically sell for 115k, they offered me 90k, so they're luring you ion with false advertising and then trying to make 25k on a trade in, walked out and will never return.
