When I wrote a message to the company on their website, the owner, Tom Pasternak replied. He offered no apology for messing up but asked for more information to "research what happened." He stated I could have an answer "as early as tomorrow." It is now almost 2 weeks since I replied and again, no response from the company. He came out with his team. Assessed the roof and identified what needed to be done. He even took pictures to show me what he saw. He then walked me through what he was going to do and the services he offered. I asked him for a formal quote, and I received it a few hours later. I vetted 7 companies and chose him. The biggest reason the other 6 didn't want to come out to see what the job really was. After he completed the work, he took pictures of EVERYTHING he did and took the time to explain it to me. I absolutely would hire this guy again. I'm going to have him out in later November to clear all the gutters and then probably have him out when my house reaches the 10-year mark to do 10-year maintenance.
