She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and gives us practical tips for plant care. Asio Verde also has a lot of unqiue plants that a lot of other stores do not have. Examples include variegated whale fin snake plant, variegated mini monstera, thai constellation monstera, albo monstera, silver sword pothos, and many more. Additionally, the prices they have in this store are lower than a lot of the bay area plant shops. They also have giveaways and bidding wars on their instagram live for various plants that they are growing! I've bid for a thai constellation ($75) and an albo ($100) which is a better price than you'd find on etsy or any other online store. If you are in Merced and a plant person, highly recommend you go to Asio Verde for beautiful plants at a great price.
