No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I figured then they would come on Tuesday, the lawn would be done as the lawn is now overgrown. No one came. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again. The invoice was for nearly double the quote! ($725 vs $1,390). When I confronted them, one of the brothers told me that it was only a quote and that actual prices may vary. Since he was personally on the property when giving me the quote, it felt like deceptive business practices. I gave two stars instead of one because I asked them to split the difference between quote and invoice and I would pay that and call it a day. They did. But, still never using them again.

His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price.
