They were timely in getting back to me. On the day of the appointment, they were punctual and arrived on time. It took them about 3.5-4 hrs. Sonya made suggestions on what cleaning products I should use and how to properly maintain them. I had been using bleach products, which she suggested I no longer use. Instead she recommended clear or light colored products. They offer a one-year warranty so I called them a few days later as I needed them to come out to touch up a few spots. They kindly did so and it looks perfect now. I haven't seen our grout and caulk look this good since we purchased our home in 2015. Thank you to Sonya, Josh, and their son!

Royal Plus pointed us at Leclaire flooring. Their remedy was they would redo the work at cost. We did business with them when they were OC floors - over 20K over a couple of projects - but we will never do business again as we had to chase them down to get an answer on a remedy. Be wary of doing business with these people.

Traffic is unpredictable and 10 minutes is not even worth a discussion. Still it set the tone right away. This guy is all about customer service! He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay. They took great care maneuvering the hoses around the house so they didn't damage the walls. I really can't say enough good things about Spot Doc. The price was fair. I will definitely use them again!
