I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They folded at least 8 loads of laundry, cleaned refrigerator, base boards, etc. They used my cleaners/vacuum when I asked them, (for special floors, surfaces, etc), and had all their own equipment and supplies.
