PTC has cleaned our office here in Bressi Ranch for some time. Over the past years we've had a few of the lady janitors. However, Marisela Uriostegui is hands down, the Best of the Best! She is thorough, trustworthy, dependable and loyal. I had an injury which prevented me from me from overseeing some of the areas, this is when most people would skip some of the detail; NOT MARISELA!! Bressi Ranch is a large property with a large recreation area, consisting of a junior Olympic pool, wader, spa, clubhouse and four bathrooms, containing six parks, which produces a great deal of trash; this property is not for the weak. PTC stands out as a cleaning service company, due to people like Marisela. When you are represented by someone who has integrity, and a work ethic that cannot be taught, you know the company will excel. Great job PTC! Wow. I'm so impressed with this company. I had them cleaned my warehouse commercial building before tenant moves in, and it's sparkling clean now. They have all sort of equipments and on time for service. They were the only company that brought their own water truck to spray down my warehouse rolling doors... other companies insist on finding a water source around the warehouse to pressure spray the rolling doors, but it was impossible to find one located near the back of the building.... but yup Rivail and the team save the day and at a very good price as well. They do an amazing job. My work needed someone to come in a clean the floors and keep our office looking spotless because the last place we'd used weren't professional and left a mess - they'd forget to take trash out, they'd bring their kids in and leave food crumbs on the table. We had enough of it. So i asked around and my friend referred Complete Office Cleaning to us and we decided to give them a try - we weren't disappointed. The floors look great! I have been with this company for the past 2 years. Our insurance office has went from 5 employees to over 35 during this time and we have now moved into a larger facility in Irvine. They were able to do our move out cleaning for the old office which saved us quite a bit of money and did the move in cleaning in the new property I also requested to keep the same staff and they were able to make it happen. I manage JR Watkins Naturals at the Irvine Spectrum and these guys came to us offering their cleaning services. We already had a cleaning service but they were always late and we had to work around their schedule. When they wanted us to show up at 5:00 am for our monthly cleaning, I contacted Complete Office Cleaning. We scheduled for 8:00 am and when I got to the store the crew was already cleaning our outside windows. Our floors looked amazingly clean and the crew was very friendly.
