We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. If you have the means, it is definitely worth the price!!

Two cleaners were at my home for about two hours, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. After they left, there was still visible buildup, dirt, and areas that had clearly been missed. I took photos immediately after the cleaning because I couldn't believe how much still needed to be done. When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. Respinse to company to their reply: Thank you for your response, but I do need to correct a few inaccurate statements. I never said my home had gone five years without being cleaned. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. This response addresses the specific claim about "five years," reinforces that you requested a deep cleaning, and stays professional while highlighting the lack of accountability.

They kept changing who they'd bring as their partner (sometimes bia would come with someone, sometimes Rafael would come with someone else). It wasn't consistent and this led to more mistakes being made as each new person was not yet trained. I found them to be rough when cleaning. I often heard/felt the vacuum upstairs ramming into the baseboards, etc. Several things were broken (a porcelain figurine, an electronic bathroom trashcan) and a knick was put in our lvp after stools were moved carelessly, causing a corner to catch the lvp. We wrote this off though as accidents. Things happen after all. But we had wished they had brought these accidents to our attention rather than us finding them on our own. I once came back into my office after they cleaned to find my computer monitor not working (after it had been working just an hour before) and they came out to look and we agreed to split the cost of a new one since neither of us knew what happened. I super appreciated that. The last cleaning we had with them, I came home and immediately noticed that some of the black varnish on my kitchen faucet was peeled off. I texted to ask what had happened, and I got a long text back from Rafael saying that he thinks I knew it was peeling and that I did it and was trying to blame them. (Certainly not - and I wasn't even asking them to pay for a replacement - just asking what happened). He went on to say that he didn't feel I trusted them anymore and they didn't trust me and they didn't want to work for me anymore. Look - I get it. Accidents happen and I don't expect my cleaning company to pay for mistakes (I never asked them to pay for any damages. They OFFERED to pay for half of the computer monitor since they had just seen me using it before they went in to clean my office.) But I do want them to be careful with my things, gentle, and to alert me when something happened. This just wasn't the case after several years of working with them. In the end, I think they were right, it was time to move on.

I asked him if he had already cleaned it and he said yes but that he couldn't get the hard grime off the toilet bowl. He said he didn't have the chemicals for that and that I need to scrub it daily to get it off. Fine. After he left, I went to the guest bathroom and looked at that toilet and it also didn't look cleaned or scrubbed and looked like it was just wiped down (like I said, they have been cleaning my place for a while now so I know what to expect). And when I looked at the tub in that bathroom, I noticed little a few specks of hair in the bathroom tub and the whole tub was dry (there should be signs of water if he had cleaned it!). So I ran my finger against parts of the tub and dust came off! He literally didn't even bother cleaning that tub! I texted them and he said that if I want a deep cleaning then that would be extra. Umm I didn't need deep cleaning, I just needed them to clean my house like they are supposed to! What made it worse is that they didn't even apologize and instead tried to gaslight and blame me for not calling them every three weeks. Well, they do regularly clean my place (3-4 weeks) and it was just this month that I had to reschedule for another two weeks out due to my job situation. Getting a house cleaning done is a luxury in this economy and it's really disappointing that people are not genuine and reliable anymore and will instead try to cut corners if they can get away with it. Be wary.

Within the first 10 minutes I could smell the cleaning product, and they asked if I wanted to take a look when they were done and before they left. Really glad I hired them, and all done through Yelp.

I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. All-around, Jazmin was great and felt she hit the sweet spot of wonderful service and a really competitive price point. Would totally use Jazmin's Cleaning Services again!
