The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She only accepts Venmo or Zelle, so keep that in mind. Her work spoke for itself and they did an amazing job! If you're looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, definitely contact Claudia!!! Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

She used very eco-friendly products on everything which I was happy about. She arrived at 9am and left around 3:30. The appliances and windows were done pretty well. Most of everything looked clean, except for the living room and dining room floors when she left, which I was super disappointed about, as that is a high traffic area. There was dog hair left under the coffee table, the shoe rack in the entryway, and the arm chair and it didn't look like the dining room had been cleaned at all, except for the windows and the sills. None of the faucets in the bathrooms nor the handles were cleaned either :( it just looked like dirt was pushed around, not actually gathered and disposed of.
