It's simply not appropriate to add a tip screen for a job of this kind and one so expensive. In addition, tips are for exceptional service. How is the average customer supposed to know if they've received exceptional carpet service? Lastly, the tip screen at check out also creates an awkward moment between the customer and the tech in the customer's own home. This is most unacceptable. Dry-N-Clean should pay their own employees what they think they deserve and charge accordingly. That should not be left of to the customer.

Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

Being the hectic moving day that it was, we didn't look at the corner baseboards like we should have. I noticed there was an abcene amount of dog hair from the previous owners that did not get picked up. The company called later that day to see how the service went. We told them what we found. After contacting the technician that came out, he admitted to not even vacuuming before steam cleaning. He came back out to vaccum what he missed. A week later, we did another through vacuuming on our own and the picture posted is what we pulled from just one pass of our small little vacuum.

They failed to respond to inquires from the property manager and the BBB. They since have merged with another company called Masterkleen. I am a veteran as well and am very disappointed that this situation couldn't be resolved and that I was charged $399 for unsatisfactory services. If you do decide to use them I would recommend not paying them until you are 100% satisfied because as I stated they did not honor their word and guarantee with me. I have documentation of all of the correspondence with you and BBB and my payment receipt from the bank that showed I paid on time. Yes, I am a veteran and again it's a shame that we couldn't address this in a more professional way. Again, if you chose to use this company make sure you are 100% satisfied.

I had initially booked a traditional carpet cleaning service and upon arrival he started with a full inspection with a fancy flashlight that showed stains I had no idea were even there. He was able to identify pet stains and odors that werent visible to the naked eye and he patiently explained the way different types of things penetrated the carpet fibers into the padding and subfloor and was able to eliminate each problem he came across. He even tested the different type of carpet and rugs I have in my own and explained how he'd use different chemistry and cleaning procedures to get the best result with the lowest risk of damaging any of my property. Ive hired other cleaners in the past and this was an entirely different experience. He came prepared with what seemed like alien technology and was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he offered, explained and completed each service.
