You can see all of the items on their cleaning Checklist and I'd say maybe 25% of them were done. https://www.jcleaningservice.net/cleaning-checklist Ultimately I was charged $440.25 so upchaged from the quote and they sent 1 person for 3 hours (not sure how it possible for one person to do a deep clean in 3 hours to start with). Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

The price was reasonable, the scheduling was reasonable, and the rather involved consultation to give me a proper quote gave me a fair bit of peace of mind regarding the various nuances of my home - It's a bit larger than average with high ceilings, so there were a lot of nooks and crannies I'd been worried about. She organized it with me and they got it all. I also opted to have the carpets cleaned, having acquired a few stains over the years from my rampaging little munchkin, and by the time they left everything was basically as good as new... I was pretty impressed. All that said, the biggest thing for me was the flexibility and attitude. After I'd missed an appointment (My phone alarm clock failed me!) she was still graciously able to work with me and get all of the cleaning done before my deadline to have photos taken of the home - Something for which I'll always be grateful. Her cleaners were exceedingly polite and throughout the entire process she was caring, energetic, and so clearly devoted to her work that it really left an impression on me. I actually signed up for Yelp specifically to post this review so that others can be aware of what a stellar experience this was! So, yes, without a doubt this was a 5-Star experience for me.
