His assistant called me the next day to say that they had not really had a chance to check it out but, they think it's the motherboard that needs to be replaced. They would get back to me. 2 days later I call to see what is going on with my laptop. The owner answers me with an attitude. He says the screen will be in a few days. Screen, what screen? I ask. Well the screen was cracked and needs to be replaced. I said, "you didn't tell me the screen got cracked". Then he says, "I have 4 Lenovos here and I assumed the one with the cracked screen was the most important". I asked, "how would I know you have 4 Lenovos in there"? "I told you my name when you picked up the phone". Then he said, "I think my assistant told you it needs a motherboard". "Your assistant told me it had not been checked but, ya'll think it needs a motherboard". He told me he would get back to me the next day with a price. By mid day, the next day, I had not received a call with any news. I went to the shop and told Steve, I came to pick up my laptop. My laptop was laying on a table, more scratched on top then when I took it in. Steve proceeded to hand me my laptop without the bag or cord. He finally found both. He charged me $50 for nothing. Said he would call me the next day with a price for the motherboard so I could make a decision. The laptop was not even put back together correct. A friend offered to take a look at it later that night. He let me know a few hours later that it was a minor fix. Manuel reset was needed. He did that with a paperclip. Issue resolved. Steve actually called to give me the price for the motherboard, the next day. When I told him what the issue was, he apologized and offered a free tune up. I'm gonna pass on that offer. Horrible place.

My husband brought his Mac to get fixed because it was running slow and was told it would be ready in 2 days. After the 2 days were up they said it would then be ready the end of week. I received a phone call from them and was updated it would be longer and that my screen was cracked which is not how I left my computer or an initial issue that had to be addressed. The owner said the computer would be ready and this time I went to the store. When I got there I saw my computer on the counter with the cracked screen and a post It and the owner said the repair guy never showed up and it would be ready by Monday the latest and offered a laptop which I refused. Monday turned into an additional 2 weeks and upon retrieving the computer they removed the hard drive and didn't save any of my files. With that said it seems like these people are not knowledgeable and incompetent. We are truly dissatisfied with their service and will not be using them again.

If you get phone screen repair just beware that: 1. Screen…read morecan get internal cracks and break much easier than apple screen, causing whole thing to go black. (First time this happened they repaired it as it was literally me putting it down hard on the counter and they said it was a 'faulty batch', yesterday I was biking and unfortunately got hit by a car so my phone flew and the back cracked but imo since the front was unscathed just internal cracks again I highly believe my phone wouldn't have gone dark and broken internally if it was the original apple screen) 2. Tap to wake does not work. I would pick up my phone and it is on but i can tap all i want and nothing would budge, I'd have to press the side button to turn on the phone which can get very annoying over time. 3. The face ID stopped functioning the same for me since their repair, I'd have to be much closer to the phone to get it unlocked. It was negligible at first but then I started feeling the hassle of needing to be a few inches from phone for it to recognize especially with quick things like apple pay. 4. The battery was functioning much higher before my repair. They swear they did not touch the battery but I never had an issue worrying about my phone dying and after the repair I could barely make one trip to somewhere and my phone would be dead. I see other reviews mentioning the same and I can't prove anything but know subjectively how much my phone lasted before repair. I paid $200 for 'premium OLED' screen that was promised to have no noticeable differences from apple and would not be easier to crack than apple screen. This is simply not true. They refused a refund the first time I went in with internal cracks but did re-repair it. This last time I went in and there was damage to back of phone, they refused saying that I already repaired it once which would have been fair if I wasn't already displeased with the quality of the screen and now I am down $200 and no phone because I can't sink more than its worth on repairs. Regardless even if I hadn't gotten into an accident yesterday causing the damage, I just want to warn other customers of the differences in the screens they use vs original apple. The warranty is 1yr and covers only defect but drops are not covered (the main issue that can happen to screen and that is weaker than apple in being durable).
