I would not recommend this place. They replaced my screen with what appears to be a low-quality replacement. Within 1-2 days, the corner of the screen started peeling away. Shortly after, I accidentally dropped my phone from about a foot off the ground, and the screen cracked much more easily than I expected. If you get phone screen repair just beware that: 1. Screen can get internal cracks and break much easier than apple screen, causing whole thing to go black. (First time this happened they repaired it as it was literally me putting it down hard on the counter and they said it was a 'faulty batch', yesterday I was biking and unfortunately got hit by a car so my phone flew and the back cracked but imo since the front was unscathed just internal cracks again I highly believe my phone wouldn't have gone dark and broken internally if it was the original apple screen) 2. Tap to wake does not work. I would pick up my phone and it is on but i can tap all i want and nothing would budge, I'd have to press the side button to turn on the phone which can get very annoying over time. 3. The face ID stopped functioning the same for me since their repair, I'd have to be much closer to the phone to get it unlocked. It was negligible at first but then I started feeling the hassle of needing to be a few inches from phone for it to recognize especially with quick things like apple pay. 4. The battery was functioning much higher before my repair. They swear they did not touch the battery but I never had an issue worrying about my phone dying and after the repair I could barely make one trip to somewhere and my phone would be dead. I see other reviews mentioning the same and I can't prove anything but know subjectively how much my phone lasted before repair. I paid $200 for 'premium OLED' screen that was promised to have no noticeable differences from apple and would not be easier to crack than apple screen. This is simply not true. They refused a refund the first time I went in with internal cracks but did re-repair it. This last time I went in and there was damage to back of phone, they refused saying that I already repaired it once which would have been fair if I wasn't already displeased with the quality of the screen and now I am down $200 and no phone because I can't sink more than its worth on repairs. Regardless even if I hadn't gotten into an accident yesterday causing the damage, I just want to warn other customers of the differences in the screens they use vs original apple. The warranty is 1yr and covers only defect but drops are not covered (the main issue that can happen to screen and that is weaker than apple in being durable). read more

Screen repair for iPhone was showing display not accepted after going here by the phone and apple also didn't accept the phone after the repair. I would take your iPhone screen repair elsewhere where they use higher quality parts and do a better job with the screen replacement. Also guy working there just wasn't very forthcoming. Gonna keep this short and sweet: -My iPhone screen cracked -I got it replaced (yay!) -I noticed a few weird white lights at the bottom that must have resulted from the screen being replaced inadequately. Nothing big but I figured that if I paid for their service, I might as well get the screen replaced correctly. -I brought it back and they replaced the screen again. -White lights were still present, but now my Touch ID didn't work and there were blue blotches on the screen now as well. I don't think this was malicious (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but it's just impossible to recommend this team for a phone repair. read more

Avoid this place like it had COVID !!!!. There are other repair shops in the area that are similarly priced, that uses higher quality products and have techs with more experience. Woke up and realized my phone was dead and also would not take a charge via the lighting cable I stopped into Apple store to see if they could remedy my issue. This business is listed on the UPS website as a pickup location for local deliveries. My daughters birthday was this past Saturday and I had missed the delivery of her birthday cake on Friday. Due to Covid UPS didn't have a live representative to talk to and only gave me the option of getting it delivered to one of their pickup locations if I wished to get it by Saturday. I chose this business as it was only a block from my apartment. I waited all day Saturday and kept checking to see where her cake could be with no update. Finally, I saw a UPS truck on Monday by their shop and I stopped the driver to ask about my package. He informed me that the business declined my package as it was too big. WHY LIST YOURSELVES AS A UPS PICKUP LOCATION IF YOU WONT ACCEPT PACKAGES PAST A CERTAIN SIZE?? THE BOX CLEARLY LABELED FOOD. KNOWING THAT BY NOT ACCEPTING THIS PACKAGE IT'D SPOIL AS THE NEXT DELIVERY DAY IS MONDAY. I've been a customer in the past for some my ipads/phone etc. I will never go back to this place. I brought my son's iPhone 7 plus with a broken screen for repair. They quoted about $90, which is reasonable. All other aspects of the phone were working. They returned the phone with a new screen - but as we later discovered, they broke the microphone and speaker. In short - without AirPods, the phone is a brick. Not sure where all these positive reviews came from but steer clear - these guys are hustlers. The woman in front of me caught them trying to sell her fake AirPods claiming they were real (and for more than AirPods cost). As for my experience with them, long story short, if they give you a pick up time, don't trust it. I had to replace a laptop screen. They gave me a date to come pick it up and ended up delaying it for two weeks. When they finally told me they had what they needed, they delayed it again. Very frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional operation. Even tried to ask for a collateral payment to give me a loaner laptop. As a final insult, they tried giving me a laptop with stickers all over it. They claimed this was my laptop with a temporary screen, but I checked the serial number and it didn't match. It was a blatant lie I hope I can protect other people from experiencing. read more

Beware the replacement screen is an unbelievably cheap product. The screen sensitivity is completely out of whack, it often does not even register your touch and you cannot scroll properly. I returned to have this fixed and they played around with the sensitivity but to no success; they then offered to replace the first screen they put in with a higher quality screen for an extra $40. This would bring the total price point ($70 initially + $40) to the same as an official Apple screen. It sounds like this higher quality screen, if it even works, should be the baseline product because the first one they offer for $70 does not work. read more

Beware when replacing your screen here, the quality of the replacement screen they use is poor. I went in to replace my iphone screen a couple of weeks ago and when the phone was returned to me I noticed a drastic difference in the quality of the phone, the color and resolution was off, the screen looked darker, and the touch screen sensitivity didn't always register. I went back to the store and was told that there are two screen replacements one that is "not the original iphone screen but customers don't notice the difference" and that if I want the original iphone screen I have to pay $200 more. I was never told this when I brought the phone in the first time which would have been helpful to know that I had an option and that they were originally selling me a screen of lesser quality. After a lot of back and forth they ended up crediting me what I paid for the other screen and placing an "apple screen" on my phone. However I continue to have issues with the touch sensitivity on my phone. I will not be returning here for any future issues. read more
