I have gotten my hair cut here twice now by a man named Steve, he is a great stylist. I am a 29 year old woman and he did an amazing job giving me a fairly hard and intricate cut. I got an "A-symmetrical Bob" and he did a fantastic job. I will be good back to Steve again for this cut. He did it twice now and the second time was even better. Complete trash. Was charged $70 extra for length and $30 extra for a haircut on a groupon keratin. THE HAIRCUT IS SUCH TRASH I HAVE TO USE CLIPS UNTILL THE BANGS grow out now!! The "keratin" she used is cheap because it did not and I mean not even one bit did anything for my frizz. I get keratins all the time and it's always pin straight after. My hair is the same after right now, not straight at all just looks natural. Complete scam and waste of money. The most unprofessional hairdresser I've ever seen. My hair felt a little dry when she was done putting the keratin in it and she gave me an attitude when I told her one side felt dryer then the rest. Wish I never came here because I spent $200 to walk around with clips in my hair now until it grows out. read more

Was recommended here by a friend and had a great experience, the salon is very clean and the owner and workers knowledgeable and super pleasant. I bought a groupon for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment. Vicky the owner did an amazing job. I liked it so much I bought my sister here and gave her a Keratin Treatment as a gift for her birthday. I have a dye full in and highlight touch up. My sister did a highlight 1/2 a head. Vicky was so sweet and took her time with us. She knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable when it comes to current style trends, and products to use for different hair types. Went there in june Ive been so upset i couldnt even write about it. I wasnt in the chair 5 min they wanted 60 more. My hair wasnt 12 inches. Even if it was it included haircut. So i said i do have to cut my hair first so cut it to 12 inches. I was furious the longest hair was 6.75. She lied straight to my face pulled out her phone and tried to show me it was 12 inches i couldnt use a scrunchie and right now 10 weeks later i have 2 inches in a scrunchie. She cut it short spitefully so she can use less keratin. Her product was BS. as I still had frizzy hair. If u are going to be dishonest dont offer a groupon. I took pictures beause she will argue or come up with more BS. Groupon refunded me for this horrifying experience. Had keratin before loved it. Wasnt nice she cut my hair to 6.75 when i told her i wanted 12 inches. I got the proof in my pictures A lesson learned. UNPROFESSIONAL read more

Came here with the groupon for a keratin treatment plus haircut. As soon as I sat on the chair the owner said "I need to charge you an extra $80 because your hair is long" knowing that my groupon has a haircut offer as well as keratin. So I asked her how does she know what length I'm cutting it and she said "well I assume you're not cutting much of it so I need to charge you an additional $80". I walked right out of there and got a refund from groupon. This lady wanted to charge me more than double what the price on Groupon said. Total scam. Cares more about making her money than the service she's providing. read more

There's not a whole lot to say other than what an awesome establishment this is. I stopped In today for a men's cut and although they were closing, nobody hesitated to take the task. The business is new but the quality of service definitely doesn't reflect that. No complains here. I'll definitely be back for my next haircut. This owners of the me salon charged my 12 year old daughter an addition 150 dollars over the Groupon price. This proved to be no savings at all. They made me sign a hand written waiver. They had no amenities for customers or safety masks. They provided a stained towel to cover face and eyes. I would not recommend this unethical business to any one and I would never visit it again. read more

Had a groupon for Keratin. They charged me an extra $40 because of the "texture of my hair", which by the way isn't thick at all and is a little longer than shoulder length. They also sat me under the dryer for over an hour, while my sister who had the same exact process done sat for only 20 minutes. It was clear they did this because they took on another client and wanted to finish them first. This process took all the dye out of my hair and I don't think they got the product all the way on my roots because now my roots are a different color. They also didn't offer me water until after I'd been under the heater almost the whole time and were very loud and obnoxious amongst coworkers. Would not recommend. read more

Please DO NOT get the Keratin treatment here, get your hair colored, cut your hair, blow dry but that's it. I recently got the Keratin treatment, went back twice, giving Vicki opportunity to correct but it was NOT, paid $110 for it but basically I got a quick service, 50 mins each time. FYI, my hair is down to my waist, & thick with minimum curls, this process (shampoo, application, drying, & straightening) generally takes 2.5 hrs to do as per my experience of 10 years. Basically, Vicki wanted to make fast buck without putting in the work. $110 for 50 mins in total work, I don't know about you guys but I don't make it in an hour, but Vicki does. BEWARE!! I want to warn people so they do not waste their money, time and effort of going to this salon for this particular treatment. It is obvious that the Vicki's experience with Keratin is not solid though she repeatedly states she does this 5-6 times per day. NO GOOD FOR KERATIN!! If I sound upset I am as I have been duped, so BEWARE!!!! read more
