First off the woman who answered the call was not very friendly, seem to irrated she had to answer the phone. Her tone bordered on rude and she was irrated that she could not hear me well. I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish. This review is not exaggerated or embellished in any way. I urge you to avoid Bob Green siding

I was skeptical about using this company for our fall lawn aeration, seeding & fertilizing probably…read morebecause I selected this company from Craig's list. Joe Tinsley, the owner, came over and measured the yard then sent an estimate, via email. Very good. At the bottom of the estimate was a note saying 50% deposit is required. I balked. As I explained to him, no way was I giving any company 50% of anything upfront. They don't want to get ripped off but neither do I. We compromised, I gave him 100% cash for the pre-treatment on the day it was done. No risk to him or me, excellent. Then we waited for the weeds to respond. I am still anxious now to get this done. Joe calms me down. He stops by the house to explain why being patient and waiting for the weeds to die off and rain is best. After a few days of rain, the lawn is aerated and reseeded. I pay Joe 100% in cash for this also! no risk to either parties again. Joe leaves written instructions on what to do for the next 4 weeks while seeds germinate and grow. I set the sprinkler system. Joe stops by after 10 days, checks the yard and shows us what part (sunny portion) is not getting enough water. I adjust the sprinkler system. It's been 5 weeks. The lawn is a plush green. The sprinkler system was winterized today so no more mass watering. I think the new grass will make it unless there is a sustained dry spell which is not likely this time of year. There is still one sunny patch I will continue to water because the seeds germinated late. Otherwise the yard is ready for winter and 2015, thanks to Joe Tinsley's expert advice and attention. I am extremely happy with the results and no longer a skeptic. I am a fan! LOL
