I'm an RN and when I see a patient, I introduce myself and try to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. Maybe smile?? They all look so miserable. Dr. Monsef for some reason appears to be annoyed that I'm there, as if I'm a waste of time or something? Maybe he's used to more chronically ill patients. He looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell him my complaints. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office before. I'll never go back.

This is my second round of physical therapy (1st for left knee 2nd for right knee). I needed a knee replacement on my left knee but opted to have it cleaned out instead. A few weeks after surgery I started physical therapy with Rob. He got me back to playing softball and all the other physical activities I enjoy. It's been 3 years and no need for knee replacement. Looking to avoid surgery this time around. Highly recommend.

She was unprofessional and disreputable…read more She walked into the building, arriving for work, 5 minutes past my appointment time, said "oh do I have a patient?" and proceeded to chat about Thanksgiving with another employee and settle in for another 15 minutes before shouting down the hall for me to come in-- keep in mind, this was the first time I ever met her, and this is how she greeted a new patient. She recommended that I take walks (even though I just told her that I did), not watch the news (though she did tell me I should be politically aware and made a political statement about the election), and take two showers a day because those things will "elevate my mood." Most egregious--she prescribed Lexapro and Effexor together. These two meds can cause a rare but potentially fatal condition called serotonin syndrome. She did not mention this and let me make an informed decision about the risk, nor did she mention any side effects I should be on the look out for. To me, this borders on malpractice. I switched to another nurse practitioner in different practice, and she was horrified that I was prescribed this combination of meds and immediately took me off one. There are signs all over about payment and not cancelling appointments. This place felt like it was all about the money with no concern for the level of care.

Now I have an appt today & they refuse to see me until I pay the $90 fee. I had an appt with them in the past & the therapist never even showed. I sat there for an hour waiting for her... no show, no one in the building, etc. Did I get reimbursed for that? NO. Would they give me a warning for missing 1 session in the last year? NO. John who sits at the front desk is a miserable human being. Not friendly when you walk in. Never knows what's going on. It's a shame that they won't be able to bill my insurance company $185 every week. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, I WOULD. AWFUL

I have had many issues in the 9 years I have been seeing him and he has always diagnosed and prescribed exactly the right treatment I needed. Upon arrival, the facility was very well maintained, had clean bathrooms, and every staff member was welcoming. I saw Dr. Sean for my first visit and he was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, showed concern, and most importantly the willingness to heal my back pains. I never thought I'd review a doctor's office with such bliss!
