Jen was super friendly & quickly got me & my cousin settled in the back waiting area. The office was nicely organized & have a nice subtle vibe. As I filled out the paper work Jen introduced us to the massage therapist who was waiting on a client & Jen gave her rave reviews as well. When the Doc finally got down to the consult, I was ecstatic as she was on point with all her assessments of my spinal care. Dr. Dana gave me the full works with heat/shock & that fabulous table that swivels like you are on a ski doo. Excellent experience & I felt better too. Jen stated she will let me know if they take my insurance & I asked about packages as I will definitely be back as the experience was amazing. They work in sync like a band that's been playing together for years, lapping around and making sure all patients are engaged and progressing through the various treatments/exercises in their respective treatment plans. I came here in August with a ruptured Achilles that I had surgery to repair, and walked out (literally!) just a few months later, and far earlier than the surgeon had expected. That's a true testament to the time and attention everyone here gave to me, referring frequently to my chart and the well-taken notes, gradually adding weight and/or repetitions on, and mixing in new exercises when appropriate. I also really appreciated the overall vibe here. Good music is always playing (could be 90s grunge, pop country, or classic rock, depends on who takes over the playlist!) staff are all friendly with the patients and with each other, and there's a great mix of folks in here to chat with. The walls are decorated with staff photos, pics of their kids, etc. and little league team photos from the teams they sponsor! Short version: It's about as fun as physical therapy can be! She has been working with my son for over 12 months and when we first started coming here he was not even sitting independently. He is now confidently walking and running and even jumping. I can very honestly say the progress my son has made would not have happened if it wasn't for Dr. Kelly. She is amazingly sweet and the entire staff at the practice was very genuine and kind and worked with us and our insurance company to ensure we got the best care. I was immediately underwhelmed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. This comes especially from the perspective of someone who avidly goes to float locations throughout NYC and LI, as well as out of state. You'll get a significantly better experience from Floatopia. Nevertheless, I was excited to relax after a long business day. When I opened the rub area, I was met by an immediate smell of mold. I didn't even step into the tub. I asked the receptionist to try another room. When I tried the second room, I was also met with both mold, sour smells and a FILTHY tub. The bottom of the tub is brown. There was dirt at the bottom of the tub. As you can see pictured, there is mold growing around the tub area. It smelled horrible. Do not support this business. This is a huge cleanliness issue.
