This issue is compounded by the fact that the ceiling fan remotes are inaccessible, and the industrial floor fans remain locked in a storage room. Currently, the only operational fan is positioned by the front desk rather than on the training floor where members are actively exercising.To maintain a safe and productive environment, a facility must offer adequate ventilation regardless of outdoor temperatures. The lack of airflow forces members to take excessive breaks and crowded around the front desk to cool down. This directly hinders athletic performance, prevents members from reaching their training goals, and raises concerns regarding heat safety.I value this gym and the community here, but proper ventilation is essential for high-intensity training. Unlocking the available floor fans and ensuring the ceiling fans are operational would immediately improve the member experience and justify the membership pricing.Thank you for your time, attention to this matter, and your commitment to maintaining a high-quality facility. The bathroom is huge and has a lot of amenities like a sauna, massage chairs, a cinema, and etc. I haven't found this gym to be very busy but I also go during odd hours. I really like the massage chair. However, they did change their prices. My friend pays $29 with buddy pass back in January and now it's $35 for that same plan. Kinda disappointed that only a few months the price changed. I do wanna try their classes. I heard they were fun.

It's been years since my last trip to the capital city of California and have stayed either a short overnight on past trips in downtown or near the airport. Probably back in 2018 before becoming a Yelp member, I've come here once so coming back to this location felt fresh all over again. There's this welcoming feel upon checking in, the girl who rang me up for a preworkout drink was very nice and friendly. The carpeted area had just been steam cleaned so it was extremely fresh, and sanitized, all of the machines and equipment are super well kept and in good use. This Super Sport location is extremely tidy and people take pride when using the facilities. The main floor is upstairs which you can use the stairs or elevator. The only areas I didn't use were CardioX, swimming pool, and Spin Cycle room. I believe parking is available, but it seems as though office workers come to and from their offices, government buildings, state capitol or other areas of business. Ride share was about 10 minutes away from my hotel. Would I return? I've already visited twice this month. Don't need to pack any post workout protein because a Nutrishop is located right in the front of the welcome desk. Very worth the trip.
