My mind couldn't handle the idea of eternity and I would just panic when I thought about it. I thought Past Life Regression would help so I reached out to Judith for hypnosis. At the time, Judith did not do PLR, so instead we focused on my family issues (I had many) and my fear of dying and it all helped me so much.
