One thing I really liked is that he had experienced the pain of being with a borderline personality disordered person himself, but really seemed to have healed and was really great at his own self work. He always offered me tea or water when I got there, & gave me tissues when I needed to cry, which was very much needed & appreciated. Sometimes the little things make all the difference in the world. He was able to empathize as well as encourage me to think rationally about so many situations. A master at breaking things down, he is truly the best of the best. Aaron, if you're reading this, I love you brother. Thank you so much for the support through the hardest times in my life. I'm feeling a power & energy like I've never felt. May you be blessed for years to come.

I've seen so many therapists and psychiatrists throughout my life, and Aaron has helped me more than the rest of them combined. My quality of life has gotten better than I ever thought it could have ever gotten. COVID was an awful time for almost everyone, but I feel so incredibly lucky that I was able to work with Aaron during the hard times. I've never had a more consistent positive experience during the rough patches of life. Looking back at my life before I started seeing Aaron makes me shudder; I can't stress enough how much better my life has gotten through my work with him. I will continue to recommend him to anyone who is struggling and genuinely wants to get better.

That $400 should have covered 2 more of my required monthly 10-minute visits (which they charge at 20 min each for $200 each!). Despite continued outreach and extreme transparency *from the start* that I need each visit to cost as little as possible OUT OF POCKET, they said they already sent it to insurance, so they won't refund me the overcharge. If they had charged me as I had asked, or refunded me, I would have been happy to adjust my review, but now I will be starting over $1270 poorer on my mental health journey.

I never got so much as an email or a voicemail with a payment deadline. Then I got scammed by a fraudulent debt collection agency that had all of my personal info regarding MindRX, my appts, and my debt. MindRx is trying to obtain this $ from me when I've already paid it once. SO either they leaked my personal info, sold it to a non-secure source/ collection agency, or they themselves are scamming me/ too disorganized to understand what's happening. I have reported both MindRx and American Profit recovery for data breach and possible fraud to the HHS and CFPB Do NOT go to MindRx if you care about improving your mental health. After…read morecontacting BestMind and talking to an associate about my private medical background, they assured me, they thought that my insurance would cover treatment. I was then required to have an appointment with a doctor before they would send in a pre-authorization. In my appointment with Adara Lanning, she also assured me she thought I would qualify for my insurance to cover the TMS and the next steps were to put together a pre-authorization packet. I was then sent a text from an associate verifying that they were putting together a pre-authorization packet and it should take about 7 to 14 days. I then heard nothing for a month and had to reach out. It took days for anyone to get back to me at which time I was told that the pre-authorization team didn't think that I would get authorize so did not put together a pre-authorization packet and never sent anything to my insurance company. I'm not sure why their internal team was making the decision!? I'm not sure why that decision was not communicated to me and I was waiting around, thinking that I was gonna get help with my depression. I think it's absolutely disgusting that this company preys on people that are struggling. I added screen shots of the texts I received.

Instead the interactions have me completely disregulated, and I don't understand why or how it happened. The people who work here accused me of smoking Marijuana or vaping in their office. I'm outraged by the accusation. Even after I told them multiple times it 100% wasn't me, I got a lecture about how their air circulation system works. They pressured me to admit something I didn't do while I was under and coming out of a ketamine induced state, and it was highly traumatic. Now they're accusing me of driving home on my own when I have proof I didn't. They told police I committed felony DUI. My friend who picked me up is also bald with a beard and glasses, and we sat in front of the clinic in his car (me in the passenger seat) for several minutes while I told him the ridiculous story. I am contacting the OHA. Timeline: April 15 1:20pm: call with provider 2:18pm Lyft picks me up 2:33pm Lyft dropoff 2:40pm appointment and paperwork 3ish nurse Peter administers dose 3:05: Peter administers second dose 3:50: Peter comes in to take my blood pressure 4:00 Peter comes in and asks me if I'm smoking marijuana 4:36 My ride messages me that he's close but can't find suite F, and I tell him it's around back 4:40 I walk out to the front desk to tell them my ride is here. 4:43 Nurse says she needs to check my blood pressure. Then she begins to lecture me about smoking marijuana in the office. I immediately ask for a supervisor. Manager comes out and explains how their AC works. I tell her she can save her breath and I start emptying out my pockets. 4:44 I explain how unprofessional and rude they're being. I didn't yell or scream 4:45 I walk out in a huff and get in my ride's passenger seat, directly in front of the facility front door. April16 1:20pm the next day, Peter calls, voice quivering, to let me know that they are canceling my medication because I drove myself home. I immediately exclaim "Whoa, whoa, whoa". Peter talks over me. I begin to explain I have proof I didn't drive, which you, reader, can see for yourself posted below. Then he hangs up. 1:30 I call and ask to speak to management wanting to show them my proof that there's been a mistake. Manager dodges me as I call repeatedly to prove my innocence. I tell them I'm heading up there and will be there in 15 minutes. The operator tells me: You have every right to do that, we don't appreciate your threats. I tell her I have proof on my phone that someone is lying about me, and walking into a doctor's office to show them pictures is not a threat 2:00pm I arrive and there are 8 police on scene. I approach and let them search me so everyone can see I'm not a threat, just a guy with some screenshots. The police tell me the people in the office aren't interested in seeing them, and told me to leave and never return or call back under threat of arrest. April 17: They send a letter (posted below) in a certified envelope from Stacy Kendall, the Office Manager. The letter offers me provisional care for 30 days, which I cannot schedule without being arrested. The letter is dated April 11. How could the letter be written on April 11 when the appointment was on April 15? It appears they are worried this could be patient abandonment and Stacy Kendall fudged the date to try to cover it up. More than Shady. Now they're dragging their feet returning or disposing the meds in my name at their clinic. They waited 10 days after firing me to have their Disposal Company send them a box that's going to take seven business days for them to receive. I can't get my treatment anywhere else because BestMind has not returned the meds in my name. I've had to cancel an additional weeks worth of treatment at another clinic. This Clinic abandoned me and left me in crisis. DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER What. Go to EVOLVE Health.

I was doing terribly, so my dad and step-mom helped my brother and I get into therapy with RLC. I had my first therapy session with LMHC Lindsey Russet. I believe she was a wonderful fit for me, but she had to step away after a couple months to a year for maternity leave. I had the option to continue with video calls instead of in-person meetings, but my parents did not believe that to be as effective at the time. I feel grateful for her time, and wished her the best. With my first therapist no longer available, RLC had to move me to a new therapist. Despite the seemingly long list of providers in their website, I only had one option. Unfortunately, he was not the right one. I never truly felt comfortable with this provider, but continued to see him anyway. Our disconnect made the sessions feel impersonal and a waste of time. He would ask me to try techniques in-office that I did not like (breathing techniques) and we would often talk about things unrelated to my mental health issues. It felt like he didn't understand me at all. After all of this wasted time, I knew I finally had to step up and do something, otherwise I would continue seeing this provider that I knew was not benefiting me. I had taken some control in the conversation and was asking his thoughts on my situation, because I had a feeling he didn't see what was wrong. I was correct. After he said something The Board would not have like to hear, and something I disagreed with (never reported and do not intend to), I had my closure and could leave counseling without guilt. I went a couple years without therapy and missed my first therapist every so often, but Real Life Counseling was not an option for me anymore. I would not consider going there again. That latter experience was subpar, and I hope other clients that visit RLC have a better experience than I did.

They had me pay in full for a visit but then afterwards, my insurance paid. I was left with a credit on my account and my counselor no longer works with this practice due to other reasons.
