I hired EcoSafe Carpet Cleaning / Hypo Green Instant Clean to clean two rugs. They picked them up on November 4th and promised to return them in two weeks. After weeks of no response and four missed weekend return appointments, they only returned the rugs after I stated I would take legal action. When the rugs were finally returned, they were still dirty and were left on my driveway without care. Photos show the condition in which the rugs were returned.
