They came out to give me a quote for what seemed to be an easy fix of my gutter. Having a two story home and no ladder long enough. Not only did he not give me a price, but never said when we would be able to get done.The gutter was banging against the house. After a couple of days of no return calls or emails and the storm coming we had to find someone else. Experienced a leak, wind and hail damage to my rental property roof. Insurance wouldn't cover the entire replacement, and John H. worked with the insurance and got them to eventually cover replacement of the entire roof! Way to go! Fessler did a complete roof and some flashing repair on our home. The roof itself was done nicely and their initial service was attentive. However the flashing continues to be a problem years later. They have re-flashed a chimney joint three times and it still leaks, ruining the drywall behind it. Fessler is not good about follow-up once the job has gone wrong. read more

Fessler is great! We had them take a look at our roof for possible hail damage. They were very prompt. They had someone out the day we called to inspect it, even though it was snowing. Fessler is also very honest. They provided pictures and made an assessment that our roof did not actually need to be repaired or replaced. I'm sure many roofing companies would have told us to replace the roof even if it did not need it and for that we are very appreciative. read more

We had a roof leak in the ice storm this past winter. We immediately called Fessler and within 30 mins time they had a crew member at my house up in the attic assessing the damage. They were able to clear the ice dam and stop the flow of water into my dining room. They brought in all sorts of equipment to contain the water damage. They worked directly with my insurance company. They had my house repainted and floor replaced in no time. It was a terrible situation that made me feel helpless. Fessler's team was kind and considerate and put us at ease. The were very careful in our house and did wonderful work. My house looks better than it did before. My friends recommended Fessler to me and I will pass their name to anyone needing or wanting any work done to their house. On January 6, 2015, I called regarding a leaky gutter. A salesman called me back, asked for a description of the problem, then told me that it was a simple enough repair that it would be under their minimum charge of $275, which I agreed to. He said he would schedule it, then called back to tell me that his gutter guy said it couldn't be done in freezing conditions (I've since learned that simply isn't true) and he'd get back to me when it warmed up. Two weeks later, when the temperatures were in the 50's, I expected a call which never came. Since i don't believe in begging someone to accept my money as a customer, I called another company, who did the job quickly and for $50 less.
