They both travel to Guatemala and provide free dental care to the Mayan people way back in the hills. These people are desperately poor and they are a full day's walk away from any dental Care. Imagine that you or your child had a horrific toothache and needed to have a tooth pulled and were faced with a full day's walk. And there's no Holiday inn waiting at the end of the rainbow either.
