We have purchased our vehicles from them because of their friendly, honest Sales / Service team. We had a problem with our 2019 Toyota Highlander rear lift gate not functioning at all. We brought the vehicle in to have it repaired and the part was going to take a few days to come in. We where extremely happy when Trista Lawless provided us with a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was under repair, so the repair could be completed if the part arrived earlier. Tim the mechanic is great. He had the repair completed and explained what the issue was and the steps he took to repair it. Trista and Tim are our go to people when we require service. Top Notch! This man says "I don't know, get someone else to take your money" like excuse me sir? We were trying to do business with this grumpy man, glad we did take our money elsewhere because regardless or the horrible things we heard about him, we still tired to give him the benefit of the doubt. I was called to pick up the car 3 hours later. I also asked for a winter tire quote and got an excellent deal, along with wheels. The service here is fair, they don't overcharge or upsell and the customer service is fantastic. One of the few places in Collingwod where I haven't had to deal with a smartass.
