1 star. I brought my phone in for a back screen repair. The technician named Kenny took it to the…read moreback without ever confirming what I needed or examining the phone in front of me, then told me it'd be 30 minutes. When I picked it up, he had repaired the front screen which was already fine and left the back screen, the actual problem, untouched. It became an even bigger headache from there. The repair somehow got tangled up with my phone insurance claim, and I've spent hours trying to sort it out. I would not recommend this shop. Confirm exactly what they're fixing, in writing, before you hand over your device.
