Had a great experience with getting the ice cream. Got a scoop of chocolate chunk and mango sorbet in another cup. The chocolate chunk was good the chunk parts which were cookies seemed like they could use some work. Sorbet was pretty good and refreshing. Service was fine even though there was a long line. They are pricey though.

This Haagen Dazs is located inside ICON Park. We have had good experiences both times we've visited. On hot days like most ice cream shops, this place gets busy. Even so, we were able to get in and out relatively quickly. For ice cream, I have to say this place is kind of expensive. A two-scoop ice cream in a cone or bowl will run you $9.14. Although the ice cream is expensive it is really good. I previously had one of their turtle flavored ice creams with a chocolate dipped cone and it was amazing. On our most recent visits we picked a scoop of triple German chocolate and scoop of Pecan on top of a plane waffle cone and it too was delicious. The ice cream Sunday situation sucks here though, Nancy and I wanted to get traditional banana split to share; however, they only offer a blended cup version of a banana split, which isn't going to cut it for us. With that said, the staff have been friendly on both occasions and the store is clean. There is also a unisex restroom available for customers and additional seating outside. If you are in ICON park you really have nowhere else to go for ice cream, so might as well give them a try.

KUDOS, and thanks to Orlando for providing supreme quality customer service at Häagen-Dazs! The Irish Creme Brownie Milkshake was made perfectly and was to die for! I loved the vibe and the playing in the background while you were serving my group of friends!

Food meaning Ice cream was not nicely served many flavors were finished and that was that. Service was not the best 3 employees for many people only 2 working I spent a good 30 minutes on the line when asked if there were kid size cup one answered yes one answered yes at the same time so I was confused for a minute. Ambiance was very busy and very dirty.

The place was in the center of everything. The people attended us immediately and efficiently. The music was enjoyable and set the tone for a happy day in the dessert restaurant. The food was affordable and tastes deliciously sweet. If it's Häagen Dazs is always good ice cream.

Slow, slower, and slowest. This is the slowest group of workers, for one of the busiest locations on I-Drive. Pathetic management. I mean, the guy making the milkshake just put his head down on the shake maker because he doesn't want to be here. Then we couldn't understand him because he was mumbling. He rolled his eyes at, so we left. He obviously rolled his eyes at the customers behind us too, because they told him not to roll his eyes at them. Fire all and start over. Someone needs a job.

One of my favourite and delicious frozen coffee frappes I've ever tried!!! It's located in The food court at the premium outlet mall. It's hard to miss it it's literally at the beginning of the door. I was lured in by the sound of the speeding blender going on and the staff's friendly service serving other customers all smiles. The stand is super clean and tidy and there's even a staff member making sure the counter is spotless. The quality is amazing high end and rich. Large frappes are around 6$ but It's worth every penny. It's rich and flavourful. The girl at the counter explained that they use actual ice cream as their base and that's rare. The coffee was sweet and rich in flavor. The service: was splendid. The girls explain to us everything and even made sure we got everything we wanted in our Frappuccino's. I definitely recommend you trying this joint if you're in the area. Overall, I definitely want to go back for more as they were so addicting and I slurped down the entire Large Frappuccino in maybe 2-4 minutes. Ahhh Enjoyyy !!

Craving the soft serve here and wanting to try the UBE…read more They offer samples of the custards if you are not sure which to get. I sampled the vanilla and ube. Both were delicious but the UBE stood out for me. This time it was not as packed and warm temp like it can be at times here. Ordered the Maiko Parfait in Ube : soft-serve with mochi balls, Japanese chestnut, adzuki red beans, sponge cake, corn flake, & agar jelly for $9ish. It was a delicious creamy not too sweet ube soft serve that had a delicious taste of ube. It was bright purple with the yummy-ness of this creamy ube flavor not the flavor im used to in filipino version ice creams. It had the mochi balls and chesnut - Corn flakes, Matcha sponge cake - Red beans, and jelly. I love this dessert. The interesting part of this soft serve - It was slow to melt! It was sturdy enough that when you take your time and enjoy it - It does not melt so fast unlike other soft serves. Would def come back again and get UBE!

Matcha Cafe Maiko is a specialty matcha café focused entirely around Japanese-style matcha desserts…read moreand drinks. We walked into a cute and welcoming space with a menu built around showcasing matcha in different forms rather than treating it as just another flavor option. The atmosphere is cozy and fits the theme well, though seating is limited and it can get crowded during busy times, making it better suited for a quick dessert stop or grabbing a drink to enjoy nearby rather than settling in for a long visit. The main reason to visit is the matcha soft serve and dessert selection. The matcha flavor is noticeably rich and earthy, with a stronger tea profile compared to many sweeter matcha desserts. The soft serve has a smooth, creamy texture and works especially well in combinations like matcha shaved ice, floats, or parfait-style creations. The matcha shaved ice stands out with layers of shaved ice, matcha soft serve, red bean, mochi, and Japanese chestnuts, creating a dessert that has different textures in every bite. The combination of the creamy soft serve with the chewy mochi and the slight bitterness of the matcha creates a balanced dessert that does not rely solely on sugar for flavor. The drink menu gives plenty of ways to experience matcha, from hot and iced matcha drinks to floats and specialty creations. Options like matcha with ube, matcha lattes with foam, and hojicha drinks add variety for anyone who wants something beyond traditional matcha. The café also offers coffee options, which makes it easier for groups with different preferences to find something they enjoy. The matcha lattes are well balanced, with the earthy notes of the tea coming through clearly without being masked by milk or sweetness. Beyond matcha, the menu includes other Japanese-inspired desserts like taiyaki, mochi-based items, and seasonal offerings. The combination of traditional flavors and playful presentations makes the café feel like a dessert destination rather than just a drink shop. The desserts are also visually appealing, with the kind of presentation that makes them worth taking a photo before digging in. The taiyaki are crisp on the outside and filled with a sweet red bean paste that contrasts nicely with the cold soft serve. Service is friendly and helps keep the experience smooth even when the café is busy. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and make it easy to choose between the many matcha options, offering clear descriptions of the flavor profiles and texture differences between the soft serve, shaved ice, and latte options. Because the café has a strong focus on quality matcha and specialty desserts, it can get popular during peak hours, so visiting outside the busiest times may make it easier to find seating and take your time with the menu. Matcha Cafe Maiko is a great spot for anyone who enjoys matcha or wants to try Japanese-style matcha desserts. The combination of rich matcha flavor, creative menu options, and a cozy café atmosphere makes it stand out from typical dessert shops. It feels like a place worth visiting when you want a matcha experience that goes beyond a basic latte, offering a dessert that feels both authentic and indulgent without being overly sweet.

Another good ice cream place to add to my list of favorite places to go in Orlando!…read more The ice cream is a perfect combo of dense, soft, and creamy. From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found. I got the chocolate flavored ice cream, and every bite was chocolatey and creamy heaven. Now, if you know your desserts, the cone that is used is usually known as a chimney cake. It is a sweet pastry that is soft on the inside and has a glass-like crunchy exterior that is coated with cinnamon and sugar. It's a little like eating a cruffin, but with a crunchier exterior due to their special way of making it. Definitely worth trying at least once if you've never tried it before. Overall, if you're looking to impress a foodie with something sweet, decadent, and pretty, I'd say give this place a go. The ice cream is as perfect and delicious as you see it.
