This outdoor gelato hut/booth is my go to for the classic gelato espresso combo - THE AFFOGATO! Vanilla gelato with espresso and two amaretto cookies placed like Mickey ears . It's expensive but it's one if the things I look forward to on every Disney trip when we visit Epcot. All the staff are from Italy and it's a nice touch of authenticity. I love the selection but for me, affogato is the way to go at this particular spot. If I want ice cream I prefer the ice cream spot in the France pavilion. Another review giving it you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

This was one of the destinations as part of my "drink around the world" adventure at Epcot where I got one drink from each country in the park. Gelateria Toscana is located in the Italy section of the park. The store mainly sells gelato, sorbet, and pastries but they also have some drinks. I got the Italian margarita ($12) which was a blended drink mixed with limoncello and tequila. It was slightly sweet but not too sweet which was right up my alley. It is a blended frozen drink and great for a warm day.

My family's last day at our Disney World Trip was at Epcot. After eating at an Italian restaurant for lunch, we decided to stop by Gelateria Toscana for dessert. At Gelateria Toscana, there are a variety of different Gelato flavors to choose from. You can also get sorbet, gelati floats, and coffee from here! Even though the line was relatively long, it moved quick. We didn't wait longer than 15 minutes. My daughter decided to choose the Gelati in a waffle cone, which featured two scoops of ice cream. She had selected two chocolate scoops. I decided to go with the Gelati in a cup, a chocolate scoop and the Cookies & Cream flavor. It was delicious! The flavor was rich and creamy. I just wished I had selected their flavor of the month instead! The team members were friendly and had helped us out with any questions we had. If we're looking for a quick, sweet treat on a summer day in Florida at Epcot, I'd stop by Gelateria Toscana again!

If there is one food booth you must try at Epcot, it would be this one. The ice cream was so delicious and creamy. It literally melts in your mouth and it's just the perfect amount of sweetness. You won't regret it. Service was a tad slow just because there was a lot of people in line but that's a given.

We are Annual Passholders. We finally made stop here because there was a small line. Usually it's a double wrap around. The gelato was great. The price were moderate for Disney World. A definite must stop at

Ridiculous. They have 2 lines that say order. I went to the other order line and the guy said this is pickup. Pointed to order line sign. He said I know it's confusing. You wait over here. I said I already waited. He said yea you have to get in the line again. Ummm. Ok. Not Disney service

WOW! This place had some of the best gelato ever! Our daughters did cookies and cream on a cone-they did NOT skimp! They had loads of ice cream! We had a Coppa Del Nonno and a Cannoli. It was really rich and delicious! We were really impressed by the flavors, richness and texture. I wish we could eat this more often. I would 1000% come back to this place!

What's an Italy Pavilion in Epcot without a Gelato Scoop Shop?! Even though I had already stopped by L'Artisan des Glaces (France Pavilion) earlier in the day, I am never one to turn down ice cream. So I headed over to get some gelato after I had chowed down on some ravioli from the Food & Wine Festival. The line moves relatively quickly and they have various flavors. I got the cookies & cream and stracciatella. Both were good and I gobbled them up. However, it wasn't the best gelato I'd ever had. And if debating between where to get a cold sweet treat in Epcot, I'd recommend France over Italy (and that's coming from an Italian girl!). All told, it's not bad-- just average gelato. I wouldn't scoff at going again on my next trip to Epcot.

Coppa Delizia - Fior di Latte, strawberry, and cookies 'n cream gelati with strawberry sauce and whipped cream. Yummy!

It's a small ice cream shop located on the main strip of Colonial Drive. The bright lit sign stands out from afar. It was busy with people inside and outside of the shop. There's scoop options and sundae floats. We got the mini floats of the Halo Halo and a Mango Sticky rice. Both were so good and refreshing. We didn't think it was overly sweet for dessert. In fact, we took the team's suggestion and had vegan ube ice cream. We've tried vegan ice cream in the past and it was not good. This was actually good for vegan ice cream option. We normally share when it comes to desserts like this, but we finished our own. Recommend this dessert spot if you're in town or nearby! Seating is limited since it is a small place.

Craving the soft serve here and wanting to try the UBE…read more They offer samples of the custards if you are not sure which to get. I sampled the vanilla and ube. Both were delicious but the UBE stood out for me. This time it was not as packed and warm temp like it can be at times here. Ordered the Maiko Parfait in Ube : soft-serve with mochi balls, Japanese chestnut, adzuki red beans, sponge cake, corn flake, & agar jelly for $9ish. It was a delicious creamy not too sweet ube soft serve that had a delicious taste of ube. It was bright purple with the yummy-ness of this creamy ube flavor not the flavor im used to in filipino version ice creams. It had the mochi balls and chesnut - Corn flakes, Matcha sponge cake - Red beans, and jelly. I love this dessert. The interesting part of this soft serve - It was slow to melt! It was sturdy enough that when you take your time and enjoy it - It does not melt so fast unlike other soft serves. Would def come back again and get UBE!

Matcha Cafe Maiko is a specialty matcha café focused entirely around Japanese-style matcha desserts…read moreand drinks. We walked into a cute and welcoming space with a menu built around showcasing matcha in different forms rather than treating it as just another flavor option. The atmosphere is cozy and fits the theme well, though seating is limited and it can get crowded during busy times, making it better suited for a quick dessert stop or grabbing a drink to enjoy nearby rather than settling in for a long visit. The main reason to visit is the matcha soft serve and dessert selection. The matcha flavor is noticeably rich and earthy, with a stronger tea profile compared to many sweeter matcha desserts. The soft serve has a smooth, creamy texture and works especially well in combinations like matcha shaved ice, floats, or parfait-style creations. The matcha shaved ice stands out with layers of shaved ice, matcha soft serve, red bean, mochi, and Japanese chestnuts, creating a dessert that has different textures in every bite. The combination of the creamy soft serve with the chewy mochi and the slight bitterness of the matcha creates a balanced dessert that does not rely solely on sugar for flavor. The drink menu gives plenty of ways to experience matcha, from hot and iced matcha drinks to floats and specialty creations. Options like matcha with ube, matcha lattes with foam, and hojicha drinks add variety for anyone who wants something beyond traditional matcha. The café also offers coffee options, which makes it easier for groups with different preferences to find something they enjoy. The matcha lattes are well balanced, with the earthy notes of the tea coming through clearly without being masked by milk or sweetness. Beyond matcha, the menu includes other Japanese-inspired desserts like taiyaki, mochi-based items, and seasonal offerings. The combination of traditional flavors and playful presentations makes the café feel like a dessert destination rather than just a drink shop. The desserts are also visually appealing, with the kind of presentation that makes them worth taking a photo before digging in. The taiyaki are crisp on the outside and filled with a sweet red bean paste that contrasts nicely with the cold soft serve. Service is friendly and helps keep the experience smooth even when the café is busy. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and make it easy to choose between the many matcha options, offering clear descriptions of the flavor profiles and texture differences between the soft serve, shaved ice, and latte options. Because the café has a strong focus on quality matcha and specialty desserts, it can get popular during peak hours, so visiting outside the busiest times may make it easier to find seating and take your time with the menu. Matcha Cafe Maiko is a great spot for anyone who enjoys matcha or wants to try Japanese-style matcha desserts. The combination of rich matcha flavor, creative menu options, and a cozy café atmosphere makes it stand out from typical dessert shops. It feels like a place worth visiting when you want a matcha experience that goes beyond a basic latte, offering a dessert that feels both authentic and indulgent without being overly sweet.

Another good ice cream place to add to my list of favorite places to go in Orlando!…read more The ice cream is a perfect combo of dense, soft, and creamy. From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found. I got the chocolate flavored ice cream, and every bite was chocolatey and creamy heaven. Now, if you know your desserts, the cone that is used is usually known as a chimney cake. It is a sweet pastry that is soft on the inside and has a glass-like crunchy exterior that is coated with cinnamon and sugar. It's a little like eating a cruffin, but with a crunchier exterior due to their special way of making it. Definitely worth trying at least once if you've never tried it before. Overall, if you're looking to impress a foodie with something sweet, decadent, and pretty, I'd say give this place a go. The ice cream is as perfect and delicious as you see it.
