This Starbucks is one of the busiest one in Central Florida, can you guess why? Well, it is one of the two locations at Disney Springs. This Starbucks is pretty cool and it is big. Even though it is busy lines move quickly but I do recommend using mobile order to save time specially during peak hours when lines can get long. It has indoor seating but you can also go outside or behind the store to enjoy your coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. They have a very smooth operation at Disney Spring despite the long lines. They were out of a couple of sandwich options but it was 12 pm Christmas Day. My sandwich came out at about the same time that I would have gotten it at a smaller facility. My latte was delicious and a nice holiday treat since it's not my regular order. I'm glad that I ordered to go as there weren't any seats available. We sat outside since Disney Springs has some outdoor seating available. Different spelling of my name - Janette. Love this place and love Disney! We stop at Starbucks almost every time we come to Disney Springs. Today we were on our way out and I decided to run in real quick to get water for my husband and daughter and I was asked if I placed a purchased today. I said that I had not and then they said then we can't give you water. I am sure they have this problem a lot to say that to me but my opinion is I will not be back. Customer service matters and is the bottom line for me. I will still enjoy Starbucks but if I am at Disney, I will just enjoy the ones in the park. read more

Located at Disney Springs you'll find the coolest Starbucks! Why is it so cool?! Because the building has a cut out hole for a palm tree! I have never seen anything like that! This Starbucks is HUGE and even though it's huge the line moves quickly and very efficiently! I came on a Saturday afternoon and waiting no longer than 5 minutes and with it being so crowded I thought someone else would take my drink or I wouldn't be able to hear my name being called but nope. I got my drink and it was made perfectly! This Starbucks has a lot of indoor seating and some cool little seating areas. I also really like that they have a water dispenser by the napkin area so you don't have to go up to the baristas to ask for water. What an awesome Starbucks! read more

Like this location cause it's a Disney Springs! you can place your mobile order or just wait in line which may be long at certain hours . They do have logo items , gift cards , all of your favorite beverages and baked items in the display case , seating inside and only seen one outlet, a patio with table facing the lake to watch the boaters and air ballon take flight. First its Disney so you know its crowded. However this staff really knows how to keep things moving. Very friendly and my drink was to order. I was in and out in leas than 10 minutes with a healthy line in front of me. Its a large place but seating can be sparse because of the crowds inside but there's lots of seating outside plus its Florida in winter so pretty comfy. Enjoyed the chalk art too. read more

Absolutely love the location. Right on the water next to the Aerophile balloon at Disney Springs. It's quite large inside with plenty of sitting inside and outside. Neat and clean. My reason for not giving this a 5 is because there was a fly inside the food display case. You can literally see it flying around. Although to my knowledge food was not served from the display case, it's still not appealing. As far as the red velvet loaf that I tried. It was fair. The top part where had a thin layer of icing that part was good, but the cake needed more icing. Maybe it should have been a layered cake or at least iced all around. I've been wanting to try the nitro coffee and Starbucks just added this new coffee to their menu. While not all the Starbucks locations are selling this new feature item yet, this store at Disney Springs has the magic. They have nitro cold brew with or without sweet cream. I asked the staff for his recommendation since I didn't know what it tastes like. He was so patient to explain the taste and texture of this tap coffee. He even offered me a sample. The nitro cold brew was very smooth and creamy on its own. I ended up ordering one with little sweet cream. This is located by the lake so it is a great place to enjoy some coffee and people watching. read more

This Starbucks is at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The design of the building is architecturally appealing and a great place to hang out (outside for now). During COVID, they limit the number of people allowed inside the store, however, there is always a line inside and out. The first time I came here, I ordered a Been There Series mug. The worker was super nice and helpful and even gave me a couple of gift cards for souvenirs. The second time I came here, I placed a mobile order and just came inside to pick up (bypassing a long line of people outside waiting to get in). I ordered a grande vanilla latte and it was hot and tasted perfect. The store was crowded both times, but I understand, people want their Starbucks, even on vacation. There is no inside to this Starbucks. It's more of a stand. But from order to delivery, everything was efficient with friendly customer service to boot. Not a ton of cafe options at Disney Springs surprisingly enough. If you want to see Piano Duels, Marvel stores, or big brand stores ( like the Coke Store / Lego Store) they have that in excess. I've visited this location several times and the baristas have consistently been helpful and courteous. I came here to redeem stars that were set to expire in a few short days. As I entered I was quickly greeted and the barista was attentive and accommodated my request to go light on the Pumpkin Cream since I wanted to just have a bit of a taste rather than it to permeate the entire cold brew. I told I had stats to redeemed and she automatically encouraged me to get the largest size since it was free. The drink is great. Great location at Disney springs. Large facility. Line seemed long but moved very fast because there were four attendants taking orders!!! Asked for two tall decaf coffees. I paid and she asked me to stay by the register because she went to grab them right away! How nice! The sugar and creamer station had a small sink so we could dump some out and add cream and sugar. I actually don't add anything, but I don't like my cup so full. I like to drink it without the lid until it reaches the perfect temp and then I cover it. The coffee was good. One of those mornings I decided to take a walk and check out this bux for some coffee. Located on the West Side of Disney Springs, this Starbucks is one of the nicest ones I've been to visually. It has interesting architecture on the outside, and inside it's spacious and open with a number of places to sit and relax while you're sipping your beverage. I liked the variety of seat options they had, as well as the interesting decor not seen at a typical bux. Service was fast and friendly, I always appreciate that as well as a correct order (which they got). Overall, I had a great Starbucks experience here. I come here every morning, every time I travel to Florida (often) and I am staying in the area. I love it for the great atmosphere, the great view from the back porch, and the more than courteous staff. I mobile order and when I show up that don't let me sneak in and grab it they make sure to say good morning. One morning I accidentally ordered the wrong specializations on my drink and they happily remade it for free even though I was willing to buy a new one. Baristas are very nice here! Even though it's on Disney property you can use the Starbucks app as well as get stars and use stars for rewards!
