Disappointing experience here. No line, but I was told to get in line instead of having my questions answered. After ordering, they wouldn't allow three venti cups of ice with my purchase. Between that and the service, I canceled and left.

Very busy store but we got our drinks in a timely manor.the stuff pumpkin is back and my little one loves The cake pops.We spent about $16.The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure they accompanied us being they didn't have one of the drinks but was able to substitute it for something close to it.

Friendliest Starbucks ever! Getting a Starbucks in Disney Springs the Cast at this Starbucks was very friendly! It was nice just to have a cool Iced White Mocha and a seat how awhile! Great location to people watch and take a break from walking!

Thank you, Barista Rachel!! She made our day. 3

Currently drinking coffee and decided to finally leave a review of this Starbucks. I've never been disappointed and I hope I don't jinx it. They are always friendly and on it. Great place to lounge and relax. Whether it's Mobile order or waiting in line, they always get to your order quick. I always get coffee and it's always fresh. I'm a coffecholic and I always need my fresh coffee fix. Today, however, cashier Rachel went the extra mile and just personalized a message on our cup. That was so sweet of her!!

Located at Disney Springs you'll find the coolest Starbucks! Why is it so cool?! Because the building has a cut out hole for a palm tree! I have never seen anything like that! This Starbucks is HUGE and even though it's huge the line moves quickly and very efficiently! I came on a Saturday afternoon and waiting no longer than 5 minutes and with it being so crowded I thought someone else would take my drink or I wouldn't be able to hear my name being called but nope. I got my drink and it was made perfectly! This Starbucks has a lot of indoor seating and some cool little seating areas. I also really like that they have a water dispenser by the napkin area so you don't have to go up to the baristas to ask for water. What an awesome Starbucks!

Like this location cause it's a Disney Springs! you can place your mobile order or just wait in line which may be long at certain hours . They do have logo items , gift cards , all of your favorite beverages and baked items in the display case , seating inside and only seen one outlet, a patio with table facing the lake to watch the boaters and air ballon take flight. Nice Spot to enjoy your coffee!

First its Disney so you know its crowded. However this staff really knows how to keep things moving. Very friendly and my drink was to order. I was in and out in leas than 10 minutes with a healthy line in front of me. Its a large place but seating can be sparse because of the crowds inside but there's lots of seating outside plus its Florida in winter so pretty comfy. Enjoyed the chalk art too.

A great place for a coffee in Disney Springs. Starbucks is a multinational coffeehouse chain that was founded in 1971 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The company is known for its wide variety of coffee-based beverages, as well as teas, pastries, sandwiches, and other food items. The chain is known for its distinctive branding ( green and white logo and the use of its iconic mermaid symbol) and they operate thousands of locations around the world. It has become a popular destination for coffee lovers of all ages who appreciate the experience, coffees, and pastries. This is one of the 15000 Starbucks in the US and 786 stores in Florida. This location is inside the Disney Springs Complex. There is, obviously, plenty of parking as it is located between the Lime and Orange Parking Garages. For a Starbucks it is large inside. It is right off the south side of the water and has large glass windows. When my party arrived it was not very busy and our order was taken quickly. The Cashier was very friendly and helpful. The line was not very long and there were at least 2 cashiers and 3 people making the drinks. The drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. The location was clean and well-kept. This is a great location for people visiting the area and the complex to get a cold or hot beverage.

Absolutely love the location. Right on the water next to the Aerophile balloon at Disney Springs. It's quite large inside with plenty of sitting inside and outside. Neat and clean. Lots of staff so the wait isn't too long. Helpful staff. There's a wide variety of food from pastries, desserts, breakfast, lunch a little something for everyone. My reason for not giving this a 5 is because there was a fly inside the food display case. You can literally see it flying around. Although to my knowledge food was not served from the display case, it's still not appealing. As far as the red velvet loaf that I tried. It was fair. The top part where had a thin layer of icing that part was good, but the cake needed more icing. Maybe it should have been a layered cake or at least iced all around. After the top part, the rest of the cake was dry and almost seemed stale.

Always a favorite on a hot day, which is quite often in Orlando. Great venue right on the water and a nice place to chill and relax after a long day of walking and eating.

Wrong drink on the left they wouldn't change it

Today we came back to our usual and it might be that it's a Wednesday but it's not as full We had a good barista and he got our drinks right this time. It went smooth

nitro cold brew from the tap
    Josephine M.

I've been wanting to try the nitro coffee and Starbucks just added this new coffee to their menu. While not all the Starbucks locations are selling this new feature item yet, this store at Disney Springs has the magic. They have nitro cold brew with or without sweet cream. I asked the staff for his recommendation since I didn't know what it tastes like. He was so patient to explain the taste and texture of this tap coffee. He even offered me a sample. The nitro cold brew was very smooth and creamy on its own. I ended up ordering one with little sweet cream. This is located by the lake so it is a great place to enjoy some coffee and people watching.

After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

Everyone wanted the Cookies & Cream cookie, so I ordered three of those, plus a Chocolate Chip and a Coffee Cake cookie. Since we were on a tight schedule, we grabbed our order and hurried to the car. That's when we realized we'd been given three Double Chocolate Chip cookies instead of the three Cookies & Cream cookies we ordered. The register and receipt both showed Cookies & Cream, so I know my order was taken correctly. I do wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed everything was right. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.

They do offer a small selection of croissant sandwiches and specialty beverages, but for us, it's all about the desserts. From their signature creations to seasonal offerings, everything is visually stunning and (most of the time) absolutely delicious. That said, while most items are fresh and flavorful, we have experienced a few cakes that were a bit dry and seemed over baked. It's not the norm, but worth mentioning. Anyone else experience this? They had a lot of different themed blends with really nice packaging, and honestly I wanted to buy more, but it's hard to justify grabbing multiple bags at that price when you don't know if you'll actually like them. One thing I noticed was that the coffee was only available pre-ground in store, with no whole bean option. I asked one of the employees and they confirmed that whole bean coffee is only available online. I brewed this in a French press. The bag mentions notes of apple, caramel, and cinnamon. I could definitely smell it while drinking the coffee, especially the apple and cinnamon, but I didn't really taste them all that much in the actual coffee. However, it was very easy to drink. This was much lighter than the coffees I normally drink, with almost no bitterness. Nothing fancy, just a smooth cup of coffee that was enjoyable to drink black. One thing I wish Joffrey's offered was a way to try the coffees before committing to a bag. With so many different blends, it would be nice if they had sample jars of the grounds to smell, small tasting samples, or even brewed versions of the specialty blends available to order. Instead, they only had a limited selection of roasts and teas available for take out. A lot of the bags sound interesting, but you're mostly buying based on the description and hoping for the best. Overall, I enjoyed this one and would consider picking up another bag on a future Disney trip. The next blends I'd be interested in trying are Snow White's Just One Bite, Daisy Duck Lavender, and Tiana's Bayou Beignet.
