The ExtraCare system kept booting me out like I was trying to hack the Pentagon, but the staff never acted annoyed. They were patient, kind, and just as frustrated as I was. Today, one of the managers actually took the time to go full FBI forensic analyst on my account and finally fixed it. Honestly, I could go to KTA or Foodland, but I keep coming back because this place still has that small-town village vibe where people know you and genuinely care. The pharmacists have personally called me about medication interactions, helped with refill issues, and even contacted my provider for me when prescriptions got stuck in bureaucratic limbo. The cashiers have also saved me money by pointing out better deals before I checked out, which in this economy deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. Corporate really should invest more into this location because the staff is fantastic. Maybe start with better coolers before the beer reaches "lightly simmered" status. Good people. This was a very oversized sweatshirt, mind you, not something that I could stretch out. She was definitely insinuating that I was too big for the smaller sweatshirt.
