Our coach, Sam, was super awesome. She met us at our campsite and took us through about 90 minutes of basics and 90 minutes on trail applying the skills. The drills were great and helped us feel a lot more confident on our bikes by fixing a lot of bad habits we've picked up over the years. Once we got on trail, Sam would model skills for us and record us in action so we could review footage and see areas for improvement. The whole time, Sam had super positive energy and helped us maintain the stoke despite climbing a lot more than we do back home. I cannot recommend these lessons enough!
