Keep in mind they have three weeks in advance notice and they did not want to waive the cancellation fee and accept my cancellation. Ridiculous !!!!! when it wasn't even 24 hours. Scummy business and then I called to ask a question horrible customer serviced told me because I booked through Expedia to just deal with them and that they would they would be in communication. This is not how you do proper business. It was less than 24 hours notice that I tried to cancel because my plans have changed for a trip that was upcoming three weeks in advance. I would understand if the trip was the next day and take my losses, but this is BS. I will never ever stay at one of these hotels, and I will badmouth your company to everybody that I know. POS. Given the climate of the world and you're gonna be a scummy scummy company. Where is the customer service rating at a 3.5 it should probably be a two or one. You shouldn't even be in business.

I love the rooms all have a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven. There's also an individual coffee maker and a small toaster. They have an impressive breakfast spread that runs 7am-10am everyday. The gym is well equipped and the pool is a fair size compared to other hotels at similar price points. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love being a dog lover, myself. I deducted a star because to enter the hotel, a person has to swipe their card a good 20x before being able to enter. My TV didn't work, which was not that big of a deal to me, but I could see how that might be a big deal to others. They are also short 2 dollies, which again nbd to me. But again, might be a hassle if you're having to wait to unload your luggage, especially if the person in front of you chooses to doddle. It's right across the hospital and surrounded by plenty of eateries and within a few miles of all sorts of shopping. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Fort Smith, AR

We had to use a cooking pot to toss our salad. It worked. It might have been a problem if we were cooking something we needed the pot for.
