We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour. They love to help all us motorists who start to go up the grade and something goes wrong with your car, which is exactly what happened to us. Our car started shaking and we pulled to the side and called AAA. We got towed to Top of the Vine and were greeted so warmly by Donna. It was close to their closing time on Saturday but they took a Quick Look and ordered parts to start work on it Monday. So Unfortunately we weren't able to get back on the road but my family came and picked us up. Donna even gave us a ride down the street with our luggage to the flying J to sit and wait in their inside waiting area. Donna kept saying how much she values helping people and trying to get people back on the road quickly especially around the holidays. And she was sorry she couldn't get us going that night, we kept saying it was ok we just appreciated her help and kindness. We picked up our car Tuesday and they had a discount if you had AAA so our bill wasn't as bad as we thought. I can't recommend this place enough or speak more highly about Donna and her team.
