They also had to re-do the door which they claimed it had been fixed. I spoke with the owner who became defensive and threatened to undo all the repairs and refund my money. Additionally, he gave me a hand- written receipt which does not contain his business name. I have reached out to him twice and he still hasn't submitted the receipt. Moreover, owner used very unprofessional language and was disrespectful. He eventually apologized and blamed " the heat of the moment"

The part they sent me was unusable because one of the nuts was welded at an angle, making proper installation impossible. I contacted them multiple times via email -- no response. I returned the defective part, but they only issued a partial refund. This is not a professional company. If anything goes wrong, good luck getting any support.
