Car wouldn't start and had to call to be towed to dealership and used my auto club...this is second time I've had them dispatched to me in the 5 years I've had this auto club and both times they have called me to inform me of their time arrival and confirmation of location very shortly after placing call and they are very polite and informative on what is going on. I have and will continue recommending them to people. I work as a courier and have had to be towed plenty of times for work and have had rude drivers and 3 to 5 hr waits stranded before with other companies so I had a lot of comparisons and I would if I could only use I85 towing. Also, as a female I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being patronized either and I have in past with another company my work uses. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I brought my 2020 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and I have been hearing a whining noise in the transfer case. They said it would be 48 hours to diagnose. I dropped it off Wednesday at 11:00 am. On Friday at 1:00 after not hearing anything I called, only to be told service advisor Vanessa was in training. I was told she would be out at 2:00 and would call me. At 2:40 I had not heard from her and called back. This time Vanessa was on the phone. Very busy with her "customers". What am I chopped liver? Again told she would call. 3:30; no call, I call again and get put on hold. Once again Vanessa can't take my call and will call me back. 4:10 I call back surprise Vanessa is terribly busy. I say I'll hold. Finally I get to speak to Vanessa and she informs me the Jeep has not been assigned to a technician. I ask her POINT BLANK has the oil change been done. I am told yes. I ask to speak to her supervisor. Enter JP.... Now its 5:00 and pushing the weekend before Christmas to be without my vehicle. He tells me he will get a tech on it now. He calls me back and informs me he got the oil changed .., I'm like what? Vanessa said that had been done. Oh how I HATE being lied to. JP tells me he will have someone call me to get my payment and will leave the Jeep out front. Guess what ... right. No Jeep out front. Mind you I was there three months ago for an oil change and left unchanged oil after waiting 3 hours. read more

I was stranded off of I 85 near exit 137 southbound and there was no other Towing Companies open on Christmas Eve. Daryl left his meal and warm house to come out and tow my vehicle and replace an alternator to get me back on the road so I could spend Christmas Eve with my family. He could have charged an outrageous amount but didn't. Very good and honest man that I can recommend at the highest level! I could have been stuck there until the day after Christmas...thank God for Daryl and I85 Garage & Towing! read more

These guys rock! I accidentally filled my truck up with gas and it's a diesel about 10:00 one night. Stupid, I know. Googled these guys up and gave em a shot. Wait time for the tow truck was surprisingly short, cause I have always waited an hour plus. These guys were there in 15 minutes. Very nice and professional. I was gonna do the job myself and have it towed to my house because I work on my own stuff. He told me he could do the job at a good price and I didn't have time to do it for a few days and gas sitting on the diesel injectors isn't good for the engine. So I let them do it, and boy they did a great job. Had it well before lunch the next morning at a very reasonable price. I'm local to these guys and am gonna start using them on all my maintanience, on all my vehicles. If y'all are reading this guys, thanks so much for the great service. read more

I've used them several times. Sometimes for a tow and sometimes for work on my vehicles. I have always been treated fairly and there was never a surprise when the bill came. I would definitely use them again for either service. read more
