You could eat off the floors in this place. They have everything you need and it doesn't feel like your typical small gym where people are pushing you or have you on a regime. You can workout at your own pace or take part in a class, whatever fits your needs. There has never been more than two other people in there working out at the same time as me so you just feel like you can let loose and breath freely. Amenities are great as well, shower rooms, bathroom and lockers are always super clean and tidy. Definitely recommend checking out the garage if you want to switch up your average gym routine!

That's why it's frustrating to see the direction things have gone less than a year later. For a gym of this size and caliber, the sauna and steam room are shockingly small. They feel like an afterthought compared to the massive footprint of the rest of the facility, and it's disappointing considering how much members are paying. What stings even more is being hit with a $75 per member increase in under a year. As someone who supported the gym from day one, it feels like loyalty isn't valued -- instead, members are left to absorb constant price hikes. Life Time has the potential to be the premier club in the area, but issues like these make it hard to justify the cost.

The only wish I have is that I had hoped that the staff would look like people that actually use the gym but they look more like tree hugging hippie's with the exception of the Marine who is constantly they are working out way to go Teufelshunde. So there is plenty of I candy for us guys to pop rods to while we're working out. The equipment is up-to-date and functional. I finally decided to give it a shot, and called about an hour prior to a class, they said they could accommodate me and needed me there 20 min before class to fill out paper work (and I am sure listen to a sales pitch). I said I would do my best, but there was fresh snow on the ground and the class started so soon. I rush there and arrived about 12 min before class, and they rudely announce they need to reschedule me because I was "late". It takes about 5 min to fill out paper work at a doctor's office, so I have no idea what they needed me to do there. Horrendous service. Bad attitude. Invasive marketing. Places like this should close. Working out should be a nice experience, it should relieve stress - rather than add it. I've had better experiences in NYC Orange Theories, but now will NEVER return to the franchise.

I got stuck paying two gym fees at the same time because Atlantic Club lied about giving me a few hours grace. I would not have joined another gym if the rep had been honest in the first place. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called the gym. According to the membership rep, no one should have told me that the computer system could be changed. There was one person who had authority to change the computer system and that was Kevin McHugh-COO of Genesis Health System. I have emailed Kevin McHugh four times and only once did he get back to me to tell me he would get back to me. The Atlantic Club passes the buck and hopes you forget that you've paid them any money. I have not forgotten. I have tried in good faith to discuss this with them. They have my money; they no longer wish to speak with me. Consider this before you give them your credit card number.
