Then the owner was most helpful in resolving what was an out of warranty issue with Apple on the part that was needed. End result, Apple graciously paid for the repair! I brought my laptop in on a Monday panicking because it wouldn't boot up. I was greeted with reassurance that is was most likely a virus that was going around and not to worry. The girl on the phone was nice, but that she would ask me a little more specific information, but she did ask for my basic car info and my contact information. My worry was I was in a public parking lot on the UWSP campus and surrounded by plenty of cars...maybe I should have told her exactly where I was in the parking lot. Regardless she said they would be there in 10 minutes, which they were.  It was helpful that they were in a big obvious truck, so I knew it was them and waved them down.  The locksmith was very friendly and quick with his work. Pretty standard price (almost $60). Thanks guys for being so prompt, hopefully I don't lock myself out again!
