He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. He returned all emails and calls quickly. My cleaning request was relatively small -- almost not worth the time for Jim to take on, but he still fit it in over a very busy holiday (Thanksgiving) week. He responded quickly, actually went to the house before quoting a price (others didn't), and had all the washing gadgets to math the right tool to the job. He was delicate with the older pool screen and didn't hurt the screens at all. Nevertheless, the green pool enclosure turned out sparkling white! The driveway and house were spotless too. He even threw in a few additional house sides. Highly recommend. Be careful if you go with someone else; a pressure washer in the wrong hands can do a lot of damage.
