He has a great attitude (we could often hear him singing to himself as he went about his work) and is easy to communicate with and is friendly, even with our dog. He did a great job cleaning the windows and tracks, although there were a few windows that needed the sills wiped after he left. Gene did an AMAZING job. I first hired Gene through a recommendation of a coworker to wash the windows at our two historic house museums in Society Hill and then had them come to my house because I couldn't believe how great the windows looked at the museums. All three properties are a few stories tall so he needed the help of his coworker, Omar to get the big ladder out. Both Gene and Omar were courteous, respectful and great people. Wow!! My windows look great!! I called 6:30 Friday night and he was here at 9:30 Saturday morning!! Not sure he can always do that, but I sure appreciated it. Wow, Eugene is the man. We have 12 ft industrial windows and they probably haven't been clean since then building was built in the 80s. There were spider cobwebs everywhere. Basically our windows were an eye sore than a focal point. Eugene came the same day I asked for a quote. We did have a few more quotes that week from high rates companies listed on yelp. His quote was fair and not overpriced. I opted for his services and happy I did. Super professional, communicated via text which he was quick to respond to. His work was amazing.
