After a lot of of review reading, Suneeta seemed like someone worth taking a risk for. She did not disappoint. Straight to the point and cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly. She did not ruin any existing shape or arch and worked with me to help move towards my eyebrow goals. I did not get them tinted, but may consider it next time. Definitely worth a shot. They're gentle, incredibly detail-oriented, and always leave my brows looking clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. I never feel rushed, and they consistently do such beautiful work. I've also had my hair done by Pam, and I can't recommend her enough! She's so talented, takes the time to listen to what I want, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I've been seeing Puja for over eight years and she is my eyebrow technician/guru for a reason. On my very first visit, I explained that I have a flat mole at the base of my left brow. Most techs start on the right; when they do, the left brow ends up shaped around the mole so it shows. When I fill them in, the left always looks wider than the right creating uneven eyebrows. Puja heard me and always starts on my left every single time. She shapes so the mole sits inside my brow line. No reminders needed as she remembered from day one. That level of attention is rare. My experience is always warm and easy. No matter how busy it is, Puja greets me with a smile and a hello that feels like walking into a friend's home. She even remembers my henna tint color without asking. Her team is excellent, but I'll always choose her hands; she blends precision with a natural, face-flattering shape that grows in beautifully between visits. It's their cancellation policy and front desk that made me not want to go back. I think a deposit being forfeited for a cancellation within 24 hours is reasonable. But paying for the entire service when you have to cancel within 24 hours of service seems excessive, and contradicts their own reservation confirmation email. Secondly, I've only gone once, but have made 3 different appointments. The first appointment time was switched to a different time and I made it work and got a full set. The second appointment was cancelled by the salon the day before. The third appointment, they reached out twice the week of to ask if I could come in earlier. The first time, they switched it and sent a confirmation email for the new time with a text asking if it worked. I figured I'd rush over after work to make the earlier time work and not make it a big deal. The second time they reached out (a few days later), I said I couldn't push it to even earlier- at that point they were asking me to come in at 3 or 4 pm when I had originally picked a 7pm appt on a weeknight. Since they were asking me to switch times again, I told them we could just do a different day. They said that would mean I'd pay for the service I wouldn't receive today. I said I'd show up at 6:30, the time they assigned me, but I thought that their policy is strange. They texted back thanking me for understanding and then asking if I had time to talk about a membership... It all felt like poor customer service and general apathy or lack of awareness. But then they called to tell me that they were attempting to charge me because no one can do check outs after 6pm. They had tried to charge my cancelled card multiple times already before resorting to calling me for a card number. If they're going to charge prior to an appointment and then rush you for a card number, they should mention that when you book- or they could have on one of their multiple calls to ask me to reschedule. Telling me as I'm trying to rush to finish at work and the. acting like it's my issue that they do not have staff available to take care payments during their advertised operating hours was strange. I don't know. This is the first review I've left for a business that isn't 5 stars because the whole experience communicating with their receptionists has been frustrating. The lash tech was fine. Just the operation that seems poorly run.
