I've had Ana's shop bookmarked for some time, but didn't get to try her until very recently. I ordered about 76 dresses for my best friend's wedding and didn't like any so I sent them all back. Then, I broke my foot so I ended up settling on something that would cover my unsightly boot. The dress had big balloon sleeves that were extremely long on me and ended with an ugly elastic at the wrist, so I knew I had to do something with them. I own a blouse with similar sleeves that end in a cuff, so I took the blouse with me when I dropped off the dress. Ana is lovely, honest and fair. She explained that it might not be possible to make the sleeves look like the blouse, especially in just a few days, and I appreciated her candor. She charged me a fair price and I left hoping the dress would look as nice as possible. I picked the dress up today and was amazed by how good the sleeves look. She made the cuff look exactly like the ones on the blouse and now it looks like a completely different dress! I am SO grateful to Ana, and will ABSOLUTELY be back! Ana was so incredibly sweet and helpful! I got my bridesmaid dress altered here and the whole process was pretty smooth! The location is a little weird, in a condo like building near downtown. I parked across the street one time and another time under the bridge then walked from there. The building is locked and I got lucky both times, was able to walk in with someone lol not sure how the calling process actually would go but anyways once you're in her room everything is great. Very professional and very experienced. There's a big open space for you to change and she gets right to it. The dress was ready within 4 days and I picked it up the next week no problem. I bought a beautiful dress at Marshall's, which had a few buttons missing and was far too long for me. But it fit perfectly in the body and I loved the light material! But the biggest problem - I needed it for two afternoons from then. So after some careful Yelp-ing (I wasn't about to send my perfect dress to anyone), I found Ana. I sent a request, and Ana said she'd be able to meet me the next morning. She was kind, professional, and talented - just take a look at the dresses she's created that are on display!
