I have to thank my fellow Yelpers (is that what we're called?) for tuning me in to Susie's, a hidden (& I mean hidden) gem of a dry cleaners in the Sun Trust building Downtown (on the 4th floor adjacent to the parking garage.) I've been twice for dry cleaning and pressing. Both times quality work and reasonably priced. Plus the staff (I've met two people) are super friendly and professional. They do pick up and delivery in the Downtown area (maybe elsewhere) but they are walking distance for me so I haven't asked for that service. I no longer do a lot of dry cleaning, but I liked them so much I searched my closet for anything else I needed done! They will text you when your item/s are ready which is very convenient. I can recommend them without hesitation. read more

Small shop located in the SunTrust building downtown. Prices were reasonable ($1 cheaper to dry clean a tux compared to this place I called in Doral) and the location is convenient/walkable for me. It took ~1 week to get the garments back...but this was when Irma hit and everything closed. This doesn't seem like a speedy dry cleaner (ie. next day service) so I wouldn't bring my clothes here if you are in a rush. Closed on the weekends. Ideal customers seem to be people that work or live downtown. read more

There is no shortage of dry cleaners in Miami. It's challenging to find one that provides good quality service at good prices but ultimately good customer service. I have been a client of SDC for over a year now. I have a complicated schedule and Susie worked with me on both drop-off and pick-up (THEY DELIVER)! I'm a pretty reasonable person and I try not to get caught up in BS but I could not ignore my customer service experience here. I literally never post reviews but I feel inclined to warn the next poor soul looking for a reasonably priced tailor in Miami..... I was looking for a tailor to help with alterations and this place had decent reviews from yelp. I showed up to the address listed here and then the lady at the front desk told me the tailor wasn't at that location and ends up sending me to a different building across the street. I wandered around until I finally find their tailor... First, the place was a mess. Piles of clothes everywhere. The dressing room is like 2 square feet because it's just filled with crap. I am a small person and could barely move in there, so don't go in there if you're claustrophobic. I try on the clothes, and the seamstress doesn't even mark where they need to be altered because she was too busy talking to some friends sitting around in the shop. It was only a pair of pants to be taken in and a dress to be shortened-- pretty straight forward things that I thought wouldn't take too long. She told me they would be ready in a week and she would call me. Already annoyed I agree and just leave because I had to get to work. A week comes and goes. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I tried messaging the number listed here but the guy who got back to me says I had to call the tailor myself.... Like it's my job to make sure his employees do their job? Anyways. They are STILL holding my garments captive. Honestly, I just want my stuff back at this point. 0/10 for professionalism 0/10 customer service read more

The WORST dry cleaner I've ever been to! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY here!!! The reason I take shirts to dry cleaning is to get rid of stained collars and cuffs, and have them properly ironed. Whatever I got after this dry cleaner is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Staines were not removed! How is it even possible for dry cleaning to iron clothes that bad?! This is the best dry cleaning place I've ever been to. Maybe the best place I've ever been to. Quick, affordable, high quality, and friendly. Another cleaner somehow melted plastic onto one of my shirts and they weren't able to fix it, but she did. She also packed up my washed clothes in a scented bag so they don't smell like plastic. And when I was late, she texted me to remind me! She even opened the place up for me because I was leaving town the next morning. This was a great find, and I wish I'd found it sooner.
