Horrible experience! No one knows what they are doing. Never buy anything that is not in stock. Just FYI, I still do not have the items that I purchased on February 15th. After I ordered, I was told that it will not arrive until the owner orders for the store and they will not tell you this when you order. AND You will have to manage the entire sale process and delivery of your own product because the owner and all the employees can't be bothered after they sell it to you. I had to contact them several times after I purchased products from them to be told that it hadn't arrived but then they hadn't notified me it was in stock they just hadn't contacted me and that the owner would send it to me and now it is in Virginia and lost. read more

I rarely review anything other than restaurants but I.C. London really impressed me. I have shopped in and around South Park and experienced poor service if you are not presented well. This was certainly not the case here. The moment I walked in (super casual after a workout), to the time I left, I had personalized service and was attended to by three four people, including the owner. There is an amazing selection of super high-quality yet fairly affordable products. If you have the time, this staff will make sure you leave happy. I have been trying to come for months. I arrived and was told there were others in line ahead of me. she thought it would be about 15 min so I added my name. An hour later I checked in to see if they would be ready soon. they apologized and said they could help me then. yet there was still someone in front of me. so I pointed that out and they helped her. Then it was my turn. O was never measured despite saying that was I was there for. it took forever for her to bring me a bra in the size I am currently wearing. I put it on- it was okay. it took her forever to come back to check on me. then another long wait to get more bras to try. one was totally the wrong size and the other didn't meet the criteria I had asked for. I dont mind waiting for good service but then there needs to be good service. I told her I was frustrated and was going to leave. she said Saturdays are always busy. I work during the week and live 45 min away so it's my only option. save your time- go to third love website, use their fit finder and order a couple and send back what doesn't work. Its so refreshing to shop at a small business and get personalized service. The ladies take their time to measure and find several bras of varying types for you to try on and find what works best for you. They have fun colors and patterns that also appealed to my college aged daughter and niece. Prices are reasonable for the quality of items and they have sales often. Simply put, you get what you pay for! Is I.C. London pricey? Heck yes! Are their bras high quality? The highest! Not to mention, customer service is the best in Charlotte! I've bought my bras exclusively from I.C. London for the past 10+ years and have likely spent thousands in their shop. Every penny was well spent. I realized today that I've never actually shopped the racks at I.C. I just waltz in, tell them my last name. They look me up in the computer and get me set up in a fitting room. Beautiful bras in my impossible to find size start appearing shortly there after. Every single sales associate I've met has been so friendly and helpful! The bras they stock are high quality, lasting a couple years with daily wear and machine washing. (I put them in a delicates bag and stick with the gentle cycle. Always air dry.) I love how pretty the bras are, too. When you're busty, you pretty much resign yourself to ugly white, nude or black bras. Not here! I've scored pretty pink, brown, blue and red bras with intricate lace and jewel details. They also have a gorgeous selection of pajamas, robes, panties, swimwear. They almost always have a discount to help take the sting out of $100+ bras. On my most recent visit, they were running a buy one bra, get one half off deal. Whee! A place to find hard-to-fit sizes that are functional, fashionable and unique, all with super friendly knowledgable staff. I'm a new fan of IC London again. The new store (consolidates from East Boulevard and Ballantyne) is bright and fresh, and the selection seems bigger (or at least it's organized better so you can see the options). Along with the white, nude and black basics, this new incarnation of ICL include some really fun colors and unique brands from France and specialty lines. As someone who wears a unique size, you'll find it here, and get excellent service in getting fitted. The ladies here are much more attentive and knowledgeable about fitting than any department store, hands down. (Check your modesty at the door!) Note: keep an eye out for coupons/check-in deals and sales. Some bras are over $100 and it's easy to spend big bu-ku here...but for something that fits perfectly and makes you feel great, it's totally worth it. read more

Staff was really helpful and assisted me a lot with sizing. I am a rare size so it was very helpful to actually be fitted correctly for once. They even have a variety of shirts that you can use so you can see how a bra you are trying on will actually look under a white T shirt and so forth. Unfortunately they weren't very good with price, I was hoping to spend $50-70 and they kept pushing $90-100 bras on me. I walked in and said first thing to an associate, "this is my range, do you have anything like that?" and they said "Yes, of course!" instead of the more honest "No, sorry, we don't!". Starting with a $60 and then handing me only $90-$120 bras after that without saying anything is kinda shady. Were they hoping I would like it enough to ignore the price? I wish they had said "these are a little more, but you should try them anyways" or something like that. Instead the tactic came off making me feel very uncomfortable like I couldn't afford anything they had. But I could had I shopped on my own, because when browsing on my own I spotted plenty in the $50-70 range, but those were not the bras the associate pushed on me. It is too bad because I needed to buy a bunch of bras (laundry disaster), I walked in intending to spend $300 or so. But I bought nothing. Good for them that they want to make money, I have no issue with that, but unfortunately the store is just too rich for my blood. It is too bad because otherwise it is a nice place and I would have rather bought bras there instead of Nordstrom which is where I eventually found the sz 28s and 30's that I needed. I cannot shop at department stores or stand alone stores like VS or Sonoma for my bras bc they don't carry my size. So I found IC London and decided to check them out 5 yars ago when they were on East Blvd. I've always received a warm welcome when I stepped in the store and the sales associates were always helpful. Today Geneva was awesome and we found a bra that fit perfectly after trying on a ton of bras. I do wish they would have more sales bc my bras cost an upwards of $74 plus dollars. I also wish they would bring back the 10% discount if you brought in your pink reusable IC London bag. The $25 for $40 voucher they have going on on Yelp is a good deal, so check it out. read more

I moved to North Carolina 3 1/2 years ago, and I still shop at my old store for bras, panties and specialty items for my size. I heard about this location which I was super excited about being that I no longer would have to shop over the phone with my old store in VA and have my items shipped. The customer service was great when I entered with about 45 minutes til closing. I ended up having to order my item being that the store did not have what I wanted in stock (no big deal at the time) it was the second week in May I really didn't need the item until vacation in July. Well I didn't receive my item until the second week of August. If I decide to shop at this location again I will only purchase if the item I need is in the store. I began to inquire about my item early July, and each time when I called it appears that the person I talked to during the early day was not organized or didn't have the knowledge that was needed to update customers. One of the managers was able to assist me but at first she was like you need to pay for the item, which the item was paid for when I ordered. Secondly she stated she would call me back once she finds out what was going on with my item. I ended up having to call her back which she said I emailed you because it got busy. I was expecting a call back due to what I was informed and I the email given is not one I check everyday. I'm slightly disappointed due to the items in the store are pricey however I don't mind the prices because I love the items, but I feel the staff need some more training or every now and then update your customer on item without them having to contact you. read more

Had a gift certificate that my sister won during a Charlotte event. Gift certificates are like money but I still wasn't allowed to use a coupon with it (which also came from the event). No big deal, moving on. I still wanted to use the gift certificate but it was not easy nor fun to use because the real kicker was the service. Maybe I hit the store on an off day, I don't know. There was no real welcome when I came in with my friend looking for something for my wedding. Finally someone started to help me and she was pretty nice and actually was turning around my first impression. However, another lady showed up some time later and, though I didn't interact with her directly until I was checking out, her attitude towards us was not welcoming nor helpful at all. My friend and I both were disappointed and felt uncomfortable from the overall experience. They also did not have much selection in my size which was annoying because the main reason I wanted to visit was because they advertise a wide range of sizes. Even though it was annoying to me that the selection was lacking, I was told they had recently had a sale so I guess that's not something I can get too picky about. Parking is a little touchy, since it's in a small shopping area outside of South Park Mall, but we got lucky and got a close space. I don't EVER plan to step foot in this store again! I needed a special bra for my 17 year old daughter to wear with her backless homecoming dress. I called first and was told they had the perfect adhesive bra. My daughter and I went to the store with the dress in hand, and she headed straight back to the dressing room. The salesperson stopped her and told her they didn't have a tester in her size to try, "just buy it, it will definitely work". Well, it didn't work. I ended up altering the dress so it could be worn with a regular bra. Today, I went back to the store to return the bra. The salesperson went behind a curtain to talk to the owner. I heard the owner say, "tell her no, she tried it on, it can't be returned". I was livid, she didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. I had to ask the salesperson to ask the owner to come out. The owner argued with me for a good 10 minutes. She said my daughter should have tried a tester at the store before purchasing the bra. I told her we wanted to but we were told they didn't have one to try. Here's the best line yet, the salesperson says " I didn't say we didn't have a tester to try, I said we didn't have one in her size"! What???? The scary part, the owner didn't seem to see the ridiculousness of that statement! Finally, I was given a store credit. I will give the credit to a friend to use, because, again, I will NEVER step foot in that store again. The owner is willing to lose a customer over the cost of a bra? I, myself own a small business. Customer service matters as much, if not more, than the actual products being sold!!! read more

My experience with I.C. London was great! I had been wanting to get professionally fitted for a bra for a long time and kept putting it off, trying to find a good fit on my own. When at last I made the trip to I.C. London, I was so impressed by the attention I received and the amount of time and thought my sales person put into determining the right bras and fit for me. I wanted to buy so many of the choices offered, but finally settled on 2 nice fits and also chose two fabulous feeling tees that I plan on "living In' while I'm traveling next month. I intend to return and continue adding quality pieces to my current ones. On the down low, the merchandise is quite pricey but it is all made in the US and Eur., so the quality is high.
