You can definitely stumble across some good finds here, but it's by no means a cheap shopping experience overall. Most of the discounted items fall into the $40-$50 range--though to be fair, the original MSRPs on a lot of these pieces were pretty ludicrous to start with. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the complete lack of any fitting rooms. Given the price point of the clothing and their strict no-return policy, this is a major hassle. If you plan to shop here, make sure you dress appropriately in advance so you can try items on over top of what you're wearing. Everything is between $20-100 with most items falling for me around $50. I usually land out spending around $450 and walk away with a bag load of free people items.

She was very angry that we did not buy the sarees from her and proceeded to insult the sarees that we had chosen saying that it was cheap material. This first reaction should have been enough of a clue for us to not do any business with her. The blouses had to be redone three times and finally taken to a completely different seamstress in order to be wearable. For my 17 year old sister she created a see-through back for a blouse which showed off her bra. This was after Ritu was told that this outfit was for a 17 year old girl who comes from a Conservative Christian background. I do not understand why she made see through clothing for a child, after she was specifically told that we did not want any see through clothing. After we told Rita our concerns she brushed It Off and told us that we were actually wrong. She told us that she was a designer and that she knew best. We attempted to work with her several more times without getting the results that we needed. And honestly her designs were ugly and not color matching to the sarees that we had given her. After I couldn't take it anymore I had several words with her in the store. It was a heated exchange. Instead of being a professional business owner she decided to contact my mother telling her that I had acted inappropriately at her store. I am a grown woman and I do not need to have a business owner contact my mommy for my behavior. I do not know of any respectable business owner who has ever done that.
